Very rude and horrible attitude. I dont know how they do business here. These people don't know how to do customer service. It's like you owe them something. They were 2 old very unprofessional staff that were handling business. I am truly sorry for the business owner with their workers.

Like a lot of what they do will continue to get my business just wish they seemed a little more enthusiastic to help and I dont have to make sure to ask the right questions to get the right answer

Gentleman who helped me awnsered all my questions and was able to help me find what I needed. After going to two other stores finally someone wanted to help me.

This place was great went to 2 other places before Mac's and they said they had to look it up, would have to order it etc, the other place was no help at all. Walked into Mac's, just by looking at the part, he knew what filter we had, had the parts on hand and bam done. Will be back for sure. Parts seemed pricey but can't really complain, he had them. Checked his price on DE and it was less that what I had just paid at the other store. Mac has a new customer for sure over here.

I always try to support local businesses. Since I have a pool, I looked at purchasing items through Amazon and other online sites in comparison those prices versus the price of shopping locally. Now, it is cheaper to go online but you get what you pay for. If you know how to install and maintain everything you need, and you don't need any advice or information about operating pool or pool equipment, then you might want to go online.

But buying my equipment from Mac as benefits that go beyond a simple purchase. A few ago, I purchased my robotic cleaner from Mac. When the motor suddenly stopped working, I brought it in and it was still under warranty. So they took care of the entire warranty and replacement process and insured through testing that the device operated normally. I didn't have to do anything, look for a box to ship it in, deal with the replacement or original company, Etc.

Plus the prices are very competitive. They will also test your pool water for free and let you know what you need. The installers they have working for them are also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer pool cleaning services and maintenance, you just have to ask. Overall I've been very happy and pleased with every employee and the service they give to all their customers. Highly recommended for anyone who owns a pool in the Santa Clarita area.

The guys are very friendly and very knowledgeable. This place always puts me in conundrum because they are very overpriced. I want to give them my business knowing how knowledgeable and good the employees are but I just can't get myself to pay so high prices.
