It was the only spa retail outlet store in Siloam Springs, AR and continues to be, but as time went on, the need for pool construction, service, chemicals and supplies was apparent. Our company is self-grown, and thanks to customers' willingness to give us a "try" in the early months and years of the business we are proud to serve much more than just Northwest Arkansas.

HFS offers options for in ground pools as well as spas and above ground pools, they also have options for other home improvement projects available. HFS offers home improvement loans to fund in ground and above ground pools, spas and many other home improvement projects you may have in mind.

Did not purchase a pool or spa from them BUT they have been very helpful with helping me maintain my pool. Always friendly, and always have the chemicals I need. They do a complimentary water analysis when purchasing chemicals from them. It is a fairly comprehensive test as well. I will continue to do business with them.

Love our new fiberglass saltwater inground pool, heater, and dolphin robotic cleaner that we got from Lighthouse Spas and Pools in Siloam Springs, AR this year. They were knowledgeable, very friendly, and worked very quickly. We highly recommend them.it was so nice to work with them and if I call with questions they're so helpful. Nice to deal with a smaller company than some of the huge ones that wouldn't return phone calls. They didn't mind me videotaping each step either. Process was very fast - 12 actual days to build pool & add concrete

Got a new pool this yr from lighthouse, they also have a great deck guy that built a deck with ramps for my dads wheelchair. Free water testing, you get a printout of what chemicals are needed, so theres no guessing! Ppl in the shop are friendly and helpful. You can buy the best, durable pool loungers, floaties, etc. Their hot tubs are gorgeous! They are located right on hwy 412. Amazing experience with this place to buy a pool. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced

My spa was a disaster from the start. At first they tried to fix it then stopped because it was costing them too much money(service calls). I'm stuck with a spa that half the motors (4) won't work, the electrical system is hit & miss ( one control panel does not work). The 'marine radio's NEVER WORKED & does not today. I will never use them again or ever encourage ANYONE to use them.

Lackluster secondhand construction crew. I highly recommend you do not apply for this company, they will use you and fire you for no reason after just 2 weeks of employment. This is not how you run a successful business. Carefully check the work you may receive from this company, for it may not always be to par.
