I have never had service this exceptional until I went to this store. Everyone knew what they were talking about and customer service was excellent. Robert and Andrew have to be the nicest guys I've ever met at a pool supply place. I recommend this place to all of my family and friends!

I will never buy a spa at Leslies again they cant even figure out which filter I need and they dont stock any at the Las Vegas store.The web site is an advertisement site and you cant contact anyone. If this business stays operating I will be very surprised because their service Dept is about equal to the rest of their store

Has some useful stuff, but the staff is pushy and the items are verrry overpriced. Shock from Walmart is 12.99 (same ingredients in same amounts) that here is 24.99. Has free water testing, and good deals with installations on some products, but the overpricing is ridiculous.

Great customer service, year 'round! Dave and Marcus run the store like it was family owned. You will not be disappointed. If it is a busy period when you arrive, just be patient; because they are genuinely interested in serving your needs in pool/spa care.

I've been going to Leslie's for over two years now to get my water tested. They answer questions, have a service attitude and don't push unnecessary chemicals on me. One time, they even gave me a screw for my cleaner, which I fully expected to pay a few dollars for, knowing that everything swimming pool-related is overpriced. They usually know what they are talking about. I sometimes play dumb to see if they'll try to screw me with the unnecessary chemicals, but they typically don't. I appreciate someone who will 'suggest' something rather than 'push' it. One method helps me feel like I'm being helped; The other method makes me feel like I'm getting rooked.

This store has such a good variety of supplies from equipment to chemicals to toys for the pool. I enjoy going in to Leslie's because I always feel like priority number 1. I would reccomend Leslie's to anyone who would enjoy a nice shopping experience.

I was looking for a special part for my filter and I had already driven to many different locations for it and no one could help me, till I got here. Marion the store manager and Sara the assistant manager were very helpful. The other employees were very friendly with me while I waited for them to locate the part. My pool guy flaked on me. Pool was getting green. Went to Leslie's and bought $50 worth of supplies. By Friday, pool was clear. Thanks Leslie! You were really helpful in explaining how to clear it up. I have absoulutely no pool cleaning experience, but you made it easy. Will be back in to maintain ph, etc. Who needs a pool guy when Leslie's around. Heck, I can take care of my own pool!

Bad location is only problem but with the new home depot going in across the street this will help. Great attitude and always helpful staff in this store. I did a price check/comparison with others including the big box hardware stores and Leslies came in cheaper for the most used chemicals. I also purchased a top of the line pool cleaning machine and the clerks were knowledgeable. The price was intermediate with the internet but shipping and convienance put leslies over the top. I recommend them.

THis is a good store with knowledge by some of their employees. THey will test your warter for free and help you fix the mose extreme problems. Prices are a little high but they will price match from another store.

Needed a quick fix for a leak on a vinyl inflatable bed. No other retailer had what I needed (Lowe's, Academy, etc.). Called Leslie's and sales rep was very helpful and even pulled the item he knew I needed. I got there, purchased the item, and was out in less than 5 minutes. Very nice people.
