Leisure Time Pool Service & Repair

We recently purchased a home and inherited a 20 year old spa. Leisure Time was happy to help us get it working again. I've had the pleasure of working with Ryan, Brian and Wyatt through the course of the repairs and their professionalism, customer service and knowledge has been excellent. This crew really role models what A+ service looks like and I won't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

They replaced a main drain cover that had corroded screw holes and was impossible for us to replace. They did an excellent job communicating, and provided a VERY reasonable quote. The work was fast and the technician was so polite and friendly. Will definitely use them in the future!

I, initially, posted a negative comment. The OWNER came to do the service work, apologized for the inconvenience and explained what is happening. I appreciate his personal response, he thanked me for the feedback and I am very pleased with his response, his service call, his prices, and his explanation. I will definitely be calling Leisure Pools for any future pool needs. BTW, I tried to rate Leisure with 5 stars but the app won't let me.

Dishonest estimate of repair. With adding legal clause leaving the door open to future ripping you off by adding more cost to original repair estimate. Estimated 1200$ repair cost for changing 2 small parts of 150$ value pushing you to buy a new heater from them at triple of the worth cost. simply dishonest

This was my first time owning a pool so I wasn't sure what to expect with both prices and service. But after calling around, I found Leisure Time to be one of the fairest prices around and also were able to get my requests accommodated quickly in this "new normal" time of summer. Not only were the service people great, but also the office staff who worked with me to get any concerns handled and resolved quickly. Appreciate this company from top to bottom.

I called and asked for a quote to re-plaster our pool due to Black Algae. The guy came out, barely spoke a word to me or my kids that kept trying to talk to him, took some pictures and left saying we would hear back in a few days. I then got a call with a quote to treat the black algae - not what we asked for but okay. We decided we would give them a shot as we are new pool owners who inherited this problem and though we had been seeing definite improvement with what we have been doing we figured professionals would do a better job.

I called and scheduled them to come out. My husband was home and I was on my way home when the guy (was the same worker that came out and took the pictures for the quote) came. He ended up parking in front of our driveway for some reason which made it difficult for me to pull into my garage (which was a little rude but whatever). He was there for about 20 minutes.

He apparently finished and came to tell me that I needed to scrub the pool daily with a steel algae brush (which we have and have been doing). He showed me his brush and told me that he "scrubbed the pool pretty good" and at the same time told me that the brush he had wasn't the best one to use - telling me we want to get the steel brush. I showed him we had it and he said oh yeah that the one we had was better and he didn't see it.

He said he put the algaecide in and I mentioned that the person I spoke to on the phone said that they were supposed to put in an "Ionizer". I asked if they did that already and he looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about and said that it wasn't on the work order. I told him that maybe I was confused and let me get the message from the person I spoke to and he again said that he just did what was on the work order - I then verified that I was correct and he said "oh yeah that is the RX which I did".

I was not totally impressed with the work done - he didn't do a great job scrubbing off the black algae as we do a better job daily. He scrubbed for maybe 10-15 minutes and didn't use the proper tool. I understand that black algae stains and wasn't expecting miracles or anything. I know that this company has had very good reviews and that is great - I guess the technician we got just isn't as trained.

I grew up having a swimming pool and carried that into my adult-hood. Over the many years i have hired many pool service and repair companies and Leisure Time has been the very best company. They pay attention to detail, do what they say on-time and their rates are competitive. If you are looking for quality service, these guys are great.

These people do everything they can to run up huge bills and both do unneeded work and also double charge. Then months later I'm guessing when they need additional money to pay their bills they add more than a thousand dollars to bill and say you paid a thousand less than your bank statements show you paid to them via credit card and file small claims against you when you catch them in this deceit and refuse to pay the additional thousand dollars.

They also broke 30 foot long planter and stated they would deduct 500 from the overall bill and then later the owner said it doesn't matter what his employees told you and thats why we have contracts. Did I mention start up and being sold re-plaster took 4 months? Also the pool was dropping by 3 inches per day in the winter time and during the severe storms we had and this company told me it was evaporation.

I have been very impressed with the service and level of detail that these guys are providing me. I never have to worry if they are going to show up on-time and do the right things. My pool is always ready to be used and I never even have to think about it. These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty by doing things like taking my trash can up from the street and notifying me when my dog escaped from the back yard.

I was hesitant at first to use them because they were a little bit more money than others but now I can see it is worth it. Thanks mom for teaching "you get what you pay for"!
