As a first time pool owner, this is also my first time having to deal with repairs. I decided to work with Leak-Tech because of their pricing and they were the only company to get back to me with a quote, and I'm glad I did! Ken and his team were very patient answering all my questions in depth before, during, and after the job was completed. Two cement slabs were removed and replaced (which involved digging up cypress tree knees underneath them), tile, coping and mastic were replaced, rebars repaired, and the inside replastered.
The crews were on time, polite, and professional. What impressed me the most however, is that this is the first time I have ever worked with a company who has a Quality Control inspector. My pool went from looking old and sad to fresh and updated. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Leak-Tech.

For anyone needing pool repairs or renovation: We had an excellent experience with Ken Holmes and his company Leak-Tech. It was a huge job (replaced all equipment besides the filter; replaced all tile, coping, and mastic; also replastered) and he made it not so overwhelming. We're really happy with how it turned out, how the project went overall, and his prices compared to the bigger company we considered using

They went above and beyond to help me rule out a pool leak and then didn't charge me a dime. After some troubleshooting with Jessica over the phone and via email, Paul stopped by my house to take a look. He then declined to even charge me for a service call when it turned out to be a sprinkler leak. Highly recommend them for their customer service and integrity.

I could go on and on about how absolutely amazing this company is. Jessica is the most personable person I've ever talked to over the phone (I feel like I know her and I've never actually met her). She was so accommodating and understanding. Very patient with figuring out what was actually wrong with my pool. Paul was so kind, funny and also patient. Truly determined to figure out the problem. These people are awesome! You will not be disappointed. They'll be my go to for any problem regarding a leak.

22 months ago we had Leak-Tech detect, find, and repair a cracked pipe from our attached spa. Earler this summer our spa again started losing water overnight. I dug up the area from the previous leak and found this odd conglomeration of pipes that was the original repair. It was leaking badly. Contacted leak tech with the understanding that the warranty on the repair was only a year but figured they may want to review their work. Sent them pictures and videos of the leak and the repair.
Multiple emails back and forth with them telling me the leak was not bad enought to warrant the loss of water, wanting to charge me to redo the leak test, to recommending I replace check valves and then finally telling me they would come repair the leak for the same price as they had charged to fix originally. I had three other companies look at the leak.
All 3 basically said, without trying to badmouth a competitor, the original repair was a mess and unnecessarily complicated. All 3 said the repair could be done for about 1/4 of the price quoted by leak-tech. I chose a company and they repaired the leak for less then 1/4 of the price but they also found that the original repair was not even attached to the spa properly and had been leaking for awhile. I contacted leak-tech to let them know the result and the response was; they were sorry I had a bad experience with their company.

I can't tell you how much better our deck and pool look. Not only that, the work was done on time and the contractors were very professional. Project was quoted in a timely fashion. Changes to the quote were made quickly. Discussions were handled mostly via email and text, to allow us both a history of our communication. And every question was answered quickly and clearly.

Leak-Tech is a great service partner that was willing to repair our pool whereas other companies wouldn't touch the repair work because they acted like it wasn't meaningful enough to them or they just don't get out of bed for less than $10K. What we learned in this process is that many pool companies will sell you on total replacement for that same reason.
There is so much you can cost effectively do to a pool with simple repair and/or minor updates. Leak-Tech provided expert consult, in a way that a knowledgeable friend who had your best interests in mind would, repaired our pool tile with the replacement tile we purchased online, and redid our mastic. With these simple repairs we've fallen in love with our pool all over again and saved a ton of money.
It looks beautiful, professionally done and as if the pool has always been intact. We would recommend them the world over and would call them first before anyone else to shoot it straight to assess repair feasibility over total replacement.
