My wife and I had an excellent experience in purchasing a hot tub from Lake Air Pool Supply. Our salesman Gary Powers was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He personally came to our home prior to the delivery date to ensure everything would run smooth with the delivery. His product knowledge and expertise was the main factor that led us to decide to purchase our hot tub from Lake Air Pool Supply The delivery team was also excellent and did a great job in delivering and setting up our hot tub.

We had wonderful experience with Lake Air Pool. We recently bought a hot tub from Gary, we nicknamed him hair god because he has awesome gray hair. And then the guys that delivered the hot tub were great with the set up and questions. Brian, Hot-tub Jesus, was so nice and answered my many questions. Came back out to go over it. Would definitely recommend Lake Air Pools.

Such incredible customer service. Richard is our main service guy and he puts so much effort into making sure the pool is sparkling and that we are pleased. We've had other individuals assist as well and they have all been very conscientious. Even when we call in or text we receive exceptional service.

Great experience. Needed water testing for daughter's pool and was told by pool contractor to come here. Free testing and great explanation of what chemicals needed. The associate took time to write in steps the order to apply the chemicals. Great supply of chemicals with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent well-established long-term company. We love our new hot tub. The salesman, Gary, gave us a thorough explanation & demonstration of the different models & features and an opportunity to "wet-test". After placing our order, he drove 50 miles to our home to review & confirm the installation location. The installers, Brian & his team of helpers, did a very professional job of installation. Then Brian provided us very thorough instructions and tips for operation & maintenance. Lake Air Pool Supply is a top-notch reputable organization.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Lake Air and have been very impressed by their service. The price we got on our hot tub was way better than the price we were quoted from another hot tub store. Also, we ended up having some manufacturer issues with our tub and they went above and beyond to make sure we got it fixed and resolved. I highly recommend purchasing your tub from Lake Air!

We had such a good experience with Lake Area Pool Supply. Our salesman Gary was very helpful and patient in helping us choose the hot tub that was best for us. Cody, Chris, Brian, and Rance delivered our tub and did such a great job installing it and showing us everything we needed to know about maintaining our hot tub. We love our new HotSpring spa and have had zero problems with it! For us, it was definitely worth the drive!

There is a reason why this business has been in business for 62 years as of 2021. From our first visit in the showroom everyone has been nothing but honest, helpful, and dedicated to serving the customer. Their installation and instructions for the operation were just amazing. Responding to questions and concerns after the sale are second to none in my experiences. Employees go out of their way to make sure everything is good with your hot tub purchase.
