In 1974 the Kramer Family began installing in-ground pools, focusing solely on gunite installations. As a team of 6 brothers, the Kramer team installed 18-20 pools each year. In 2018, Kramer Pools transitioned to new ownership. Since then we have grown into a team of 15, specializing in both gunite and fiberglass installations and we continue to grow because of our emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
We are proud to provide quality custom gunite, and fiberglass options for new pool construction. Gunite pools and spas offer unparalleled levels of design flexibility, with durable, dependable structural strength and a large variety of finish options to complete the look of your outdoor living area.

Hired Kramer for turn key pool project. Received unprofessional pool design (really a landscaping design). Decided to not move forward based on poor design experience and Kramer charge us $900 for design. They would not work with us on our complaint. Terrible experience.

Contacted Beaumont Building Group to propose a pool project. They own Cru Cutters and Kramer Pools. This was, at the onset, a relief as it was thought they would all collaborate and get this done quickly. After an initial visit, it took several emails to get an individual out to survey our property out a month later. Another month passes and more "have it soon" emails.

Another month passes and I get an email from the COO stating "your project is too difficult for our company". In a gaff on a reply, the COO copied me instead of another internal member who sent the following: "Sorry fellas. Everyone involved felt this was a bad job for us- didn't see the point in stringing him along any longer than we already have.

We have a **** (edited bad word out) ton of work in the pipeline and are weeks behind on estimates/drawings- didn't see the point in wasting more time on this one." I wasn't asking for the much, a 20*38' pool. I suggest anyone considering them to run, not walk, away.
