At Kool Breeze Inc., we custom build our patio covers to meet your specific needs. We carry a large variety of styles, colors, and materials, for your selection. Our deeper patio cover V panels (3 1/2" X 12" wide) are 26 ga. Galvanized steel with a baked on acrylic finish. The panel is currently offered in white and cream color.

Kool Breeze was able to get our patio cover in a month ahead of schedule, which we were happy to hear! It's like a new room has been added onto our house. It's exceptional quality and they did excellent work. We did the wrap kit which was well worth the extra cost for the look we wanted. We're so excited to now enjoy it and we highly recommend Kool Breeze to others.

Just had my deck covering installed. It looks fabulous. With a southern exposure, we are now able to go out on the deck and enjoy it. This covering has really enhanced the beauty of the house. Kudos to the installers. The two guys did a professional job. I am very conscious of work people do. After inspecting the quality of work that was accomplished, I found no discrepancies.

We couldn't of asked for more of a professional service from start to finish. A fist full of options & some advice from Scott lead us to the patio that we have always wanted. I didn't bother shopping around before scheduling with Kool Breeze, their reviews are pretty solid and they are close to home! We had a great experience from start to finish and it was done in a day! Did have one little problem where we got a ton of rain after installment and had a tiny leak in the rain gutter since whatever sealant was used didn't get much time dry. They were back out as soon as the weather cleared up to fix it, now no leak! I appreciate the good communication and customer service they provide!

My home was built in the 40's, added on to and has had two layers of old different types of siding on it. I also made two additions, making it very challenging to redo the complete exterior all new. I had a couple of other outrageous estimates and was needing it done soon as one of my additions had been sitting with just wrap on it for several months. Scott Miner came out gave me a very reasonable estimate and even being a busy time for them worked me in soon after.
I could not have been more impressed by their installers talent and precision. Scott was very attentive to the progress and made sure I was happy with the results. I literally told him "you have an artist working here." Very please and have recommended them to friends who have also had them do work. Great family operated business!

Has kool breeze enclose my patio several years ago, had and issue with one on the upper panels coming loose which Inturn caused the screen to tear. After a call they came out repaired the problem and replaced the screen all at no charge. This company stands behind its warranty and takes care of its customers. Thanks Kool Breeze

I have called brad more times than I can count. My insurance company has called him because he was paid from a claim on my homeowner's insurance. He or koolbreeze has not responded to the destruction of my grass or cement/sagging patio due to patio cover not being installed properly. Video Included.

Good work, but poor communication & execution. It took two weeks longer than what they told me to get my patio soffets repaired. The phone skills of the people I spoke with at the Ogden office were below average & bordered on rude. The lady that took my payment over the phone was polite, but still didn't care much about me as a customer. I hope I don't have to go back. I if I do need additional work done I will pay more and go somewhere else.
