Kelly just completed a total remodel of my pool, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! He offered valuable suggestions and was available to answer any questions that I had about the project. I found him to be very honest, forthright, and pleasant to work with. Mike and the contractors did an amazing job replastering my pool and redoing the tile and mastic! Very professional and they left everything clean! Pics do NOT do it justice! Keep up the good work!

I've used Kelly's Pool Care for 20 years now and they have ALWAYS taken amazingly good care of my chemical levels, cleaned the filter to perfection bi-annually, and are always prompt to respond and repair any equipment issues I've had. Kelly himself is easily accessible and very responsive, and so are his crews. I panicked last night when I had no circulation and zero PSI at the filter.

I messaged Kelly and he came out this morning and found the not so big of a deal issue and got me up and running, about 12 hours after I texted him! In today's business climate it's hard to find companies that do business "the old fashioned way" by doing what they say they'll do, providing impeccable customer service, and charging a very fair price for goods and services. But Kelly's is that kind of company and I can't recommend them strongly enough.

Kelly's Pool is the best company I have ever worked with, his bid was reasonable, the work was done efficiently and on schedule, the clean up after each step was above expectations and the end result is beautiful. Mike was able to clean pool filter today with short notice. He rescued me last year when there was a part shortage for pool equipment. I am not a regular client but when I decide to sign on for monthly pool service the first call will be to Kelly's Pool Care.

They plastered pool across the street and when I called their office and asked them to rinse the Portland and marble dust off my vehicle from their plaster rig they were rude. Haven't looked at my neighbors plaster yet but may have to lower the rating based on what it looks like.

Used kellys pool service to replaster our pool and hot tub. The work was done quickly and professionally. Kelly was responsive via text and followed up with us on all questions. Did not try to upsell us on anything and even fixed a quick o ring problem for us during chemical startup. It's looks beautiful!

Kelly did an amazing job on my pool resurface and tile. He kept me in the loop about my pool until the job was done. Going forward if I ever need any pool service I will be calling Kelly's Pool Care.

I can honestly say that these guys aren't quick personable and professional. Just days before my sons big fourth birthday party our pool heater blew out and also made the pool unusable because it leaks so badly. I gave this gentleman a call and not even four days later they had a new heater installed and working beautifully on our pool. Their installation is top notch and they took time and care to make sure everything lined up perfectly and looks great. Some of our pool equipment got damaged during the winter storm. We were waiting for our pool builder to come and make repairs, however they were backed up. Decided to look elsewhere and found Kelly's Pool Care. So glad I did! Kelly was quick to respond to my initial email and came out to assess the damage shortly after. The price was fair and he had all of the equipment that we needed. Kelly did a great job with the repairs. Now we can finally enjoy our pool again! Highly recommend!

We had been needing a complete pool remodel for the past 5-7 years. About 3 years ago Kelly came over to give us an estimate. At the time, we realized we just couldn't pull the trigger. Thankfully, this past month, we were able to get the work done. And thankfully we choose Kelly and his team to do the work. From the beginning steps of getting a new estimate to choosing the rock, tile and new plaster, Kelly was as thorough as he was thoughtful.

Every step of the process (which took about 8 business day's) Kelly sent me a text to communicate 1) who was coming, 2) what they would be doing, and 3) when they would be there. The various work teams that worked on each project were extremely friendly, and picked up after themselves. Kelly would normally come by himself after each step of the project to ensure the work was being done correctly and to answer any questions we may have.

At the conclusion of our project, my family couldn't be more thrilled to have this new pool for ourselves, and our guests. And we are so thankful the call we made 3 years ago to Kelly's Pool Care, we placed again a few weeks ago. If you need pool care, Kelly and his team are the ones to call. Trust us. Call them.
