Troubleshooting is one of our company's core competencies. For over 25 years, we have focused on the education and certification of our technical staff. Additionally, we have partnered with the major manufacturers to achieve top tier status as a certified service provider.
We schedule our openings and closings Monday thru Saturday during peak season. If you have a special request, please note while scheduling your opening/closing. We do our best to maintain the schedule, but sometimes weather is against us and will require rescheduling.

4 weeks wasted pursuing their construction manager Brendan Craig. After a week of leaving messages they finally had to put him on the phone. The brief conversation resulted in him not wanting to come out to plan my renovation but to send out an electrician to offer an estimate "to get things working first". No electrician ever called. 2 more weeks of trying to follow up with him over when will I hear from an electrician and I finally get an email saying he'll put me in touch with an electrician.

So he didn't set anything up in the 2 weeks that passed. I responded requesting a follow-up conversation repeated over the week that followed. I called into the company who said he was at his desk but on a call, would I like to hold. 10 minutes later the lady takes my number so he can call me. Yeah, right. This review is 48 hours after the final 'I'll have him call you' from 2 days ago and I'm not giving them another chance. Life is too short to waste your time chasing someone. If he's this bad at the start of the project, then he'll just be worse once a project starts.

If you're in the market for a pool, just do yourself a favor, skip trying to find the bargain pool company and go with Jersey Pools. They make a great product, stand by that product, and you'll be more than pleased with the end result.

Jersey pool closed my pool in the fall they didn't fulfill their contract. After seeing that the pool was not closed properly they gave us $75 off. The water was not completely drained from the system, safety cover was not placed properly either. We just reopened the pool (last week), it's green, pipes are leaking and filter now shot. Absolutely horrible service.

Never will recommend. The damages done are now going to cost us well over what we paid for closing. They are refusing to fix the new problems stating our pool is in poor condition. that is a complete lie. Everything but the filter as been replaced throughout the past years without any problems. Horrible company and service!

I cannot say enough great things about this company and it's staff. My first year as a pool owner, I used the company that serviced the prior owner to open and close the pool. I wasn't entirely thrilled with my experience. With my second season coming, I wanted to switch to a saltwater system and also install a heat pump. I had searched and found Jersey Pools and Spas and called to inquire about the services.

The staff that answered was amazing with my questions and they quickly scheduled someone to be out. Two days later the techs arrived and gave me solid advice on what they recommended. Within a day, I received a detailed quote. Scheduling the work was so easy, the staff was amazing, Jamie was always available by phone and email with any questions. I'm so happy with the final result.

The company came out to open the pool and gave such detail to how the system will work even with all my questions. Every aspect of this company is incredible and every staff member is amazing. I would recommend a million times over!

I use them mostly for service. Have been for more than 10 years. While they are not the least expensive on the block, you do get what you pay for. Jamie in service is always helpful and accommodating and the pool tech Rob is top notch. I highly recommend them for your pool needs.

Staff are friendly and the store is nice with alot of stock, however boy are the prices high! I purchased an o-ring for my pool without looking online first figuring the difference would not be that great in this day and age where these stores should try to stay competitive. Boy was I wrong! The o-ring online was from 6 to 8 dollars where in store was $28,l esson learned for me.

As annoyed as I was with this company I am thankful that they left me hanging. Had a large pool renovation so I called Jersey pools in February. Started working with Alexis the project mgr. After a site visit and a few emails the communication ceased. After calling the store and emailing I found out Alexis had left the company. I thought it was odd that such a large project was just going to be forgotten about.

This should've been a red flag. Second project manager Brendan called immediately and explained the situation and promised to get back to me with the quote and get the ball rolling. A few weeks went by. I called Brendan and emailed Debbie. Debbie responded immediately saying they will have the quote sent to me that evening. This was almost 2 months ago.

The silver lining is that I finally decided to call Swim-Mor pools and they are handling our extreme pool renovation. Pool won't be ready for a few more weeks but we are glad that Jersey shore pools demonstrated such a lack of professionalism. Swim-Mor is giving us more for less!

I recently went to south jersey pools to see if they could take a look at my robotic pool cleaner. Mine is old and I didn't think that they would be able to fix it. I had taken in to Leslie's pool before and they had told me it couldn't be fixed and tried to sell me a new one. Dottie had the piece I needed (the cover) in stock, and fixed in for me that day. Thank goodness they actually tried to fix it instead of trying to sell me a new one!
