Hacienda Pools

They have the worst service ever in my book. Asked for a quote for work to be done and was told they could have it by the next week. That was 3weeks ago and there was always excuses. The manager will not contact you when they say she will. Told me she would 6 different times and still no call, text or email. Could of been working with another company for all this time I've waisted. Very very disappointed in them.

I have used Hacienda pools for at least 8 years and they were always great until this last year I called on March 2 and asked them if could get my pool up and running by March the 10 and I called and rechecked that they were coming by the 10th and they said yes ( no one showed) Well spring break and still my pool is what I call winter dirty and nobody called or texted So it's time to find a Pool company that wants and need my business I will say this the original owners of Hacienda pool company were great on taking care of their customers but the new owners not so much So if you want a pool service that does they job and cares about their customers Hacienda pools is not that company Looking for new pool service!

(Not the same company, sold last year) I have used Hacienda Pools before and was very pleased with the work they had done. In April I requested pool service, because if the freeze they were very backed up, that was understandable. I need a new filter and multiport valve installed along with a couple of two way valves. On July 28th I went to the store and was told the filter was in but they were waiting for the two way valves, that they would be out mid August to do the repairs.

On Aug 24th I went into the store to check the status and was told even though three of the filters was in plain sight in the store, I was told everything was on backorder. That if I wanted the work done I would have to find the filter myself. I could not understand how a company could go from excellent service to its current very poor service so quickly.

I decided to speak with Dylan the owner to find out what happened. When I called I was told that Dylan sold the company last year. Now I understand, this is not the same company I've used in the past. I've always tryed to support the mom and pop companies, but I went to Lislies and walked out of the store all my parts that Hacienda claims they couldn't get. So ignore any reviews for Hacienda over a year old, this is not the same company.

I have used Hacienda for years, but after this February freeze the service has been very bad. The people in the office that answer the phone don't care if your unhappy. The tech seems overworked and can't get the parts to repair the pool. The pool has been shocked so many times that there is a bad white sediment in the spa and pool that the vacuum can't pick up and no one seems to have time to manually vacuum it.

I was looking for an adapter for a pool skimmer and stopped at my local pool store. That was a mistake. First I was admonished for coming into this location because I didn't have a below ground pool. The young lady at the counter seemed confused about how to help me so she asked her manager for help. The manager didn't even take the time to greet me and explain she had no intention to help me.

They could have looked at my problem and perhaps looked into ordering the part I needed. But since I did not fit their demographic group. I was treated to the old go away we don't deal with your kind action. Moving to this area and wanting to build a relationship with local businesses. This location and all Hacienda pool stores have given me the information I need to never use or recommend them to friends who do have in-ground pool systems. Remember when you treat one customer poorly, you notify 10 other people that you are not a store or company to do business with.

My weekly pool service with Hacienda was initially excellent. After the snow/ice storm in February 2021, I had pvc pipes that froze and cracked. The company informed me that they could repair the damage. Despite multiple promises from the cleaning technician, it took until May to have them repaired. When I returned home after the repair was finished, I turned on the pump and it still leaked.

I was promised many more times that it would be repaired soon. On June 11, I was told the technician would absolutely fix the pipes on June 14. After taking off work on the 14th to be home (to verify the repair), the technician never showed. I called the company at 5:00pm and was promised that the he would come on June 15. I instead canceled my service with this company due to their lack of timely repairs, lack of communication and overall poor customer service.

The company did a good job with the weekly service, but their attentiveness to the repairs needed to fix my pvc pipes and get my pool up and running for the summer was unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward repair actually dragged out for four months and I still cannot get into the pool.

I Went to buy pool shock, was informed by the clerk that I could only buy one 25lb bucket. This was bad enough but then she informed me that the limit is one bucket per month! When I asked why the limit was placed and so ridged I was told it's because there "may be a shortage of chlorine". To top this off the price has jumped at least 25% or more since this time last year!

Her attitude was unapologetic and completely indifferent. I went to Hacienda Pools because they carry an algaecide I like and no one else carries. I would have been ok with a reasonable sales limit of 2 or 3 buckets per sale but I am not ok with a business telling me I can only buy one in a month. I probably will not be going back to this business in the future. DF

Great custom pool builder from design ideas to completion. Very competitive and does a great job, even on the smallest details. Would recommend to anyone.

Great source for anything for my 18 year old pool. They ALWAYS have the part I need. No need for mail order or to go to the national brand store which starts with "L" (who treat you with contempt, anyway). Make sure to look for Hacienda in their NEW location. Don't give up; it's worth it to shop here!

I couldn't have been happier with the company. Dylan took great care of us and has always answered our questions/concerns. They were expeditious in building the pool without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend this pool builder.

Love this shop. They are super knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable. Repairs are done quickly and their staff always offers to analyze pool water for free. Plus, I love to support small, locally owned businesses. Shop small y'all.
