Gulf Pool Service LLC is a State of Florida Licensed Service and Repair Contractor CPC 1458054. Our Florida State License allows Gulf Pool Service to make repairs in any county or municipality in the State of Florida.

My family have used these folks for over 12 years. They work hard, and look out for the best interests of my family's swimming pool. Now and then a part needs to be repaired or replaced and Gulf Pools will not only provide a free estimate, but will sometimes give me options as well. Top notch operation and I recommend them to my friends.

They were great when we first started pool service with them. But soon I questioned them about their visits for our weekly pool service. I have been home for a few months and never saw them here. I emailed them to cancel our service. They replied stating their technician had indeed been to our house weekly even leaving us notes on our "back gate".
We never saw any notes. We don't even have a back gate. They never called or rang the doorbell to let us know they were here. I had read a similar review in my neighborhood chat site but decided to go with Gulf Pool as they were reasonably priced. Always listen to your gut!

Disappointed with the service. I used them for two months and I was initially impressed with the service - more with the service techs. Then they suddenly stopped coming (no notice or courtesy call). I called to and was informed by Gulf Power rep "Jade" that per Gulf Pools owner, "Gulf Pools will not provide service if you have Gulf Power Energy Select Program because the pool pump is set on a timer (which was not an issue for two months because the pool pump remained on during service day/times)."it was too much of a problem for them." since this was the first time I was hearing there was some sort of problem, I asked to speak to a manager or the owner. Jade cut me off in conversation (several times) and told me to call later next week because the owner was "out of town".
When I asked if the owner could call me at his convenience Jade blew me off. It was like they were trying to shed business. Just disappointed with the customer service aspect.

We are new to the area and the people that owned house prior to us gave us some guys number that had been doing there pool for years. the guy flaked on us. I called Gulf Coast Pool Service and had a tech out that afternoon. They fixed what needed to be done and now they have all of our business. They dont lie cheat or steal.good honest people that give you a great service for the money you pay them.
