Throwing around equipment, not following up on possible issues, Fridays are never covered, people working for them may sit for an hour in their car and then walk the pool for 5 min, after more than 10 years of having them service our pool this year they hit the lowest possible level of customer service See the pic of our poll - a green mess

Greenwich Pool Service has been helping us for almost 20 years, and they are wonderful to deal with. First, they are very competent, so that their work gets done quietly, without hiccups and problems; Second, their annual price is great value, but moreover they work hard to honor this price while so many Greenwich companies add thousands of dollars of unexpected extras; Third, they are friendly, and very direct, so that if you need a repair, or want a pool opened or closed on a specific date, they cause a practical solution to happen. I believe they are one of the best service companies in any category, in Greenwich, CT, and the best in pool maintenance.

I have been a Greenwich Pool Service customer for 10 years. They are very professional and responsive. There crews always show up on time and do a fantastic job.

So much for the myth of a "Discriminating New Yorker". Stand in line, wait in traffic, and overpay is the mantra. Greenwich maintained my fathers pool in Rye, but I live in FL. We pay $80/month with chemicals, NY $387. About the same when you consider they only get 1/4 of a year of use so the charge should be 4x. How could one make a living on 1/4 year's work cries the save the whales and save the children crowd!

It a shame they force some people to go into a business that doesn't last all year! But back to the review. I arrived in NY for a visit only to find the pool full of dirt, the water gurgling from starved skimmers. The local caregiver claimed they rarely show up as indicated by the condition. On notice they claimed they were there every week, but when I called them out they had trouble getting the pool filled and performing the maintenance.

Still arguing that they come and work hard every week. I suspect that had I not called, it would have been business as usual. Ye old walk by service. So back to my discriminating New Yorker, Unfortunately, this is the best you can get. A theme that resounds through the great state of NY. I can't say that any other pool service is any better or worse as there is no altering the mean. But if you use them, don't be an absentee customer like I was.
