Great experience dealing with Kenny over the last couple of days. I have been having an ongoing issue with my sand filter and he was very knowledgeable and responsive to my problem. He was very patient with me and walked me through all the steps needed to fix the problem. Thanks so much Kenny. Great customer service! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Peter and his team have been amazing. The pool came out great and they have been so responsive to anything we needed. We wanted the pool to match up to our exsisting deck and they nailed it perfectly. Jay, the tech was great as well and showed me a few tricks for keeping everything running like a clock!

Purchased my house in 2012 and there was a Gibraltar pool already here. Have had several minor bad experiences from them sending a shady crew to open the pool when we moved in to poorly shipped parts. The worst however was last year. The pool was destroyed in August 2020 with the storms. Received and estimate for repair in September. I called to book the repair and Jay suggested we wait until spring 2021 since we wouldn't be using the pool anymore that season.

I called and spoke to Jay in 2021 and he said we were good to go but needed to wait until warmer weather to install the liner. After that Jay never returned a call. Finally reached him in June or July and now he says they don't have the liner. I have since tried to get a commitment for 2022 and cannot get a call back, I have even left a message for Peter the owner and nothing.

They even blocked me on social media. Be careful before you spend a large sum if money 4/28/22 - my response to Gibraltar. Nice try, I was told by Jay you had the parts but to wait until spring. Just admit that you would rather have used parts to finish and install instead of a much lower priced repair. You continued to solicit in your social media, suggesting to people to "lock in now, before material prices increase" yet you have no materials. Never returned calls, lame lame lame.

We have had 2 swimming seasons with this pool. The disappointment started the first year. 2 things, first, we were told that the pool is 4 feet deep, it's not it's 3 - 3 1/2 feet deep. 2nd, the 2 filters on the bottom are raised, we have lost skin off our toes, and twisted our ankles. This year closing up, my daughter and I could not disconnect the filter, so I call for help.

To make this short, I was charged $205 $110 for service call, (basically that's just to drive to the house ) $95 to disconnect the filter from the pool! To me that's Robbery I wish we Never bought this pool! Plus the pool is way too expensive $25,000 Look elsewhere before you buy

We contacted Gibraltar Pools Inc out of Topsfield, MA to inquire about scheduling a pool closing for the season. When we provided our address we were told that there was an outstanding balance on the account and until it was settled we would be denied any further service. A little back story we purchased our home on October 23, 2020 and the sellers were the ones to have the pool installed as well as have the pool closed for the 2020 season as it was written in the closing documents of the sale of the home.

When we told the office manager that we weren't the owners of the time and the balance wasn't in fact in our names they said that it didn't matter that their database is based on the address of the pool. From there we were told if we wanted any future service we'd need to pay the balance of the account. We should not be penalized and made to pay another clients balance.

The pool is only a year old and has many years of service and material left. Gibraltar Pools has now lost us as clients now for the lifetime of the pool and which would amount to tens of thousands of dollars. We had a bad experience earlier this summer in the store when coming to buy supplies. We were made to wait for almost a half hour after being told that the customer on the phone was a higher priority because the sale was going to result in a large commission.

Little did the sales attendant know were planning to also spend a great deal since it was tax free weekend. Even after this we still were going to give Gibraltar Pools another shot with servicing the pool but after hearing the owner wouldn't budge on any accounts with a pending balance they've lost us as clients as well as we'll be sure to tell anyone we can about the service we've received.

Gibraltar pools has done an incredible job installing our pool and working with us. It did take a long time but patience is worth the wait. We called and submitted requests online last spring/summer, during the pandemic, but they were over whelmed with requests. We persevered, and reached out earlier this spring and we made contact and our pool was delivered earlier than promised, and it was going be be installed earlier than promised because they were doing right by us for waiting since last year. Unfortunately, not their fault the installer here in Maine was in a terrible accident a beam from a Barn he was fixing fell on him and fractured his shoulder and ribs.

We had the rainiest July in my recent history, so installations everywhere were delayed. I reached out to Gibraltar with my concerns and we were refinancing to pay for the pool and needed it to be done for our appraisal. They made it happen they sent guys from Massachusetts and they got it done between raindrops, on a hope and a prayer. It came out amazingly!

The guys were so respectful and professional! My husband who is also Brazilian loved being able to talk with them. The head engineer was a gem and he lined up the pool with my deck so perfectly as he could. We still need to add a length of decking in the gap, but it was as close as they could. I am so proud of this pool and my friends and neighbors are all asking too.

It went up in two days! Still need to do some finish work on our own, but over all I could not be happier they did an amazing job and so neat and hard working! I love our pools, it's so beautiful!

By far not the cheapest above ground available. That being said there is no question about the quality. Their passion for pools makes you want to do business with them and frankly, this is the best above ground out there. No reaching over a rail to skim. Easy to maintain. All that's left is to enjoy. Services: General construction, Design

These people do not care about you. We've had our pool for only 2 years. Brand new. We hire them to do the closing and opening because we want to make sure it's done right (especially with how expensive it is to do this). With that said, they improperly closed our pool, and this past winter the plug failed and tore the liner it caused 10,000 gallons of water to flood our yard.

When that happens, a whole bunch of sand comes out from underneath the pool. We now have "beachfront property" in our backyard which they refuse to clean up. We were told back in February that we are on the"top of the list" to get taken care of. Well, here we are almost June and they're still dodging us. So, before you spend over $30,000 on your pool, think of how you'll be treated if something goes wrong.

I bought my Gibraltor pool about 20 years ago. When I bought it customer service was exceptional. The first time I had to have the liner replaced, they were very responsive, scheduled me timely, and were very professional. This time, I contacted them March 15, 2020 to replace my liner. I was told someone would contact me to schedule the liner replacement.

After several more phone calls throughout the summer, I never received a call. This year I called in February and was put on the schedule for today. I never received a confirmation call or follow up. However, they did show up and provided the service but left all of the trash! When I called them I was told it was my responsibility. I have never hired a professional service that does not clean up after themselves when completing a job and they certainly did the last time I had the liner replaced. Paying $1700.00 to have the liner replaced to then have to pay for the trash removal is dissatisfying to say the least. Having been a customer of this company for the last 20 years, I can say that the customer service has gone downhill drastically.

I have recommended this company in the past to several people who were looking for a quality swimming pool when the customer service was great. I will not be recommending them to anyone else.
