I'd give them zero stars, but that's not an option. First, notice that they either have 1 or 5 stars. The 5 stars are employees-inside sales which is why they sound like advertisements.

I had multiple visits required for repairs and parts that rust on a spa. Numerous times they were unresponsive when I waited on repairs or parts. Would you ever imagine you would see rust after 1-2 months of ownership on spa parts? To date, I have had 5 problems in 15 months. I'm then told the manufacturer went out of business and no one is covering my warranty. Any expense is out of my pocket.

The owner agreed to arrive at a resolution after discussing this with him only later to never return my calls or emails. When I would have been reasonable for a smaller exchange, now I want nothing to do with this spa. I just want out of this item now. Before you buy from them, I'll sell you mine! Check them out on the BBB and the "C" rating will support many people's feelings below. I just wish to urge others not to make the same mistake I did.
