Fairfield Pool

I'm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but this really got under my skin. I'm not a client of Fairfield Pool. However, I had a new vinyl liner installed last October after the season that seemed to have been installed well and when we opened the pool a few days ago there were wrinkles in the shallow end. The guy who does my pool service whom I've been using for 9 years also did the liner and I called him up and he basically told me that it's bad luck that the liner lifted because of groundwater over the winter and if I want to remove the wrinkles I'd have to drain the pool to fix it and then fill it back up with water, a very expensive process.

And even then there was no guarantee it wouldn't happen again. So I decided to call around to see if maybe other pool companies could possibly have another opinion. I called Fairfield Pool first, just a few minutes ago actually, and the person I got could not have been ruder to me. Here's how the conversation went: Me: Hi (explains the problem) Him: (English Accent) I'm sorry, is this a liner we installed? Me: No, but I thought that maybe if you serviced liners you could come take a look at it and tell me if there's anything that can be done. Him: Can I ask why you didn't use us? Me: (Flabbergasted for a moment) Because I had the liner installed by the guy who normally does my pool service. Him: So why are you calling again? Me: I wanted to see if maybe you had another opinion on what could be done about the wrinkles. Him: You can't expect us to come fix someone else's problem if we didn't install the liner? Me: But you service liners, right? Him: Yes, but we didn't install it? Me: So how could I ever contract you for work if you won't service my liner? Him: If you wanted us to install a liner we could. I'm sorry, we can't help you.

And then he hung up on me! I can't believe how unbelievably rude he was. I was asking for his opinion and would have gladly paid for a service call to see the liner and give me a course of action that could be taken to fix the wrinkles. Instead he was offended I didn't use him for the liner installation and then told me flat out he wouldn't service my pool because he didn't install the liner!

I am contemplating having a fiberglass pool installed in place of the vinyl pool I have now but there is now a zero percent chance that Fairfield Pool will be the contractor of choice. If this is how they react to customers who call them for help and service then I am fearful of what the rest of the customer experience would be. Every customer interaction is a chance at tens of thousands of dollars of future sales.

I hope the gentleman who took my call sees this review and thinks twice about his customer interactions in the future. I would give one star but I was fair and added another because the gentleman at least kept an even and professional tone of voice throughout the call.

Great Pool / Great Team I recently installed a very nice fiberglass pool from Fairfield Pool. Received a number of compliments on the pool. And it does not have the suction outlets that makes me feel more comfortable from a safety standpoint. The team at Fairfield Pool is also great with Jeremy (owner), Mike, and Jody. Tommy installed the pool and he is tremendous - it seems like there is no job he can't do.

He got the pool installed in 3 days. Fairfield Pool also connected me with Chris Kuczo who was my electrician and did a fantastic job, as well as Taylor at TSW Landscaping, who does really nice landscaping and fencing work. We definitely feel like we made the right choice.

I had the pleasure of speaking with both owners of Fairfield Pools today. I did not have my pool installed by them and actually went with a competitor and 100% regret it. The company I went with gave me an unlevel pool with leaking mechanicals and they refuse to even acknowledge my requests to repair the problems. The owner will not even meet with his customers! Fairfield Pools owners took time out of their extremely busy day to give me some very helpful advice.

And basically listen to me cry about my horrible experience with the pool company in Norwalk. And I'm not even their customer! So from a non-customer, I give their customer service and industry knowledge an A+. And their pool installs look beautiful too!

We had a wonderful experience with Fairfield Pool. We had a fiberglass salt water pool installed in September 2019. Everyone we had contact with at the company was extremely professional and friendly. We had 0 issues come up during the install or in the 1.5 years since. We would absolutely use Fairfield pool again and would recommend to anyone looking for a new pool install.

I had the skimmer and return line leaking for years! My temporary solution was plugin them when not being use. Yes so inconvenient! I called Fairfield pool that build my pool 30 year ago and Joe was great to provide guidance of what was needed to be done at a reasonable cost! Even more happy when Jodi and Felipe come to actually do the work and finished in one day. Jodi was professional every step!

He knows what he is doing! He also was patience explaining and showing me what need to be replaced. Very happy with these guys! It took a while to have them coming but it was worth the wait without a question! Thanks!

We bought our home recently and when the inspection was being performed the pool was closed and under a foot of snow. After the purchase we found out the pool liner was very old and had developed leaks. We needed to replace the liner before we could use the pool. I researched high and low and decided to use Fairfield Pools. Although I was nervous about the 2 bad reviews below, I liked the professionalism of the owner and decided to trust my gut feeling.

Thank goodness I did because dealing with Fairfield Pools was an absolute pleasure! The technical supervisor, Joe, has over 40 years of experience in the field and he is the most knowledgeable and kind person you would want to meet. His entire team was wonderful. They answered all of our questions and were there on time. The job was completed in one day and they arranged for the pool to be filled with water.

They told us to call with any issues. In fact, Joe came back when we had a concern with an unrelated issue. I am very pleased with Fairfield pools and they will be my source for any pool related service. Thank you Joe, Jeremy and the entire Fairfield Pools gang!

I Had a very good experience with this company, fair price compare to others. They showed up the day we agreed on and did the job in no time! The staff was very professional and friendly, One of the worker ( i wish i could remember his name) Took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a lot of good advices to maintain my new liner and keep my water clean all the time. I definitely recommend this company and I will call them again if needed

Perfect choice! Fairfield pool was amazing throughout the entire installation process! Starting from Mike who made numerous trips to my home to answer my questions and walking me through the process and lead me in making the right decision. His honesty and patience made my experience stress free. The entire field crew from Tommy to Lou and everyone else were respectful, did not rush my project and always too welcomed questions. Jermey in the main office greated every call professionally and knew immediately who I was when I called.

It made the relationship secure, I knew Fairfield Pools was the right choice. I certainly will stick with Fairfield Pools for all of my future pools needs, I trust them! My pool is amazing, Fairfield Pools has given my family years of memories to come. Thank you

I had a fiberglass pool installed by Fairfield Pool last summer. The installation was done in a few days. Mike did an amazing job and Joe has always been available for any and all follow up questions. I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. I highly recommend Fairfield Pool.

We used Fairfield Pool to install a fiberglass pool last year. I appreciated a low pressure sales experience, and the installation was seamless (only took 2 days). Likewise, they were very receptive when a piece of heating equipment needed to be moved due to a new deck, which they did for free.

After what was initially a good sales experience, once there was a complication they completely disappeared. We had a new liner installed after we purchased the house with the pool - within a week I called to say we had a leak. The response was "probably evaporation" or yada, yada.anything but the fact that we had a leak. Over the summer I called about a dozen times and was either blown off or no one called me back when I left a message.

So all summer I had to fill the water with the hose every two days. Long story short - I have a leak in two pipes and need to rip up the brand new pavers I just installed. Flash back to the spring BEFORE I had the pavers installed - I asked if we should test the pipes before I did the pavers. Their response "no, we installed that pool a few years ago, everything should be fine". Sure, I should have demanded they check the pipes.and I take responsibility for that. But the fact that they made no attempt to address the situation despite my numerous calls totally sucks.

We are very happy with our decision to have Fairfield Pool install a fiberglass Leisure Pool in mid summer 2017. After doing a lot of research we settled on Fairfield because they have been in the business a very long time and the personal attention we got from Mike in Sales at the beginning was reassuring. The building process went very smoothly and they were highly professional, especially Tommy.

And the finishing touches and closing of the pool were handled reliably by Joe. Pool was easy to keep clean and the heater very powerful to keep the water warm in the fall months. Any questions we had were quickly answered by a phone call. The materials and mechanicals are all high quality grade and we can't wait for summer 2018 to continue enjoying it.

We needed a new liner and a new coping for holding the liner in place. While we got a few estimates, Fairfield Pool had originally installed the pool over 35 years ago. Both Mike and the foreman Joe were involved in constructing this pool back then. They came out and did a very nice job. Mike, Joe and the whole crew are extremely helpful and professional.

Their final cost was so far below other estimates where we were told we needed to remove all the old concrete decking and install all new concrete decking for an extra eight thousand dollars. Joe explained how that is simply not necessary and he was right. We are very pkeased with the final result, Thanks Fairfield Pool

We had an excellent experience with Fairfield Pool. Mike was extremely helpful when we were trying to figure out which option to go with. We chose the fiberglass pool which was installed in less than a week. They started digging on Tuesday and everything was done Friday before noon. It was incredible. The pool looks great and we couldn't be happier.

The costs were all exactly what was presented to us at the start of the project, so there were no surprises. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Fairfield Pools is the Best of the Best. Very professional starting with Mike, installation with Tommy and hook up with Joe. These three men and their team are amazing. I promised my kids a pool. I had many pool companies come out to my house and look at my property. I spent months researching. Fairfield Pools commercials kept planning on my T.V. so I took it as a sign.

I called and talked to Mike. Mike came out that same day and mentioned a Fiberglass Pool. No other company ever mentioned a Fiberglass Pool. Fairfield Pools sells Leisure Pools and all five of my kids picked out the same pool, another sign. After talking with my husband, he only read great reviews on Fiberglass Pools. The bonus was the lifetime structural warranty on the pool.

The price was a little more than a liner but well worth it. I never have to worry about replacing a liner. After working with Fairfield Pools and having my pool installed in a week, yes a week, it came out BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE OUR POOL. It was by far the best decision I made to go with Fairfield Pools. Jeremy and his employees are truly an asset to Fairfield. Thank You Fairfield Pools for making getting a pool so easy and for being so professional. YOU ARE THE BEST.

I used this company to put in a liner for a Pool 10 years ago for a pool they installed at my home 30 years ago. The liner lasted only 10 years and I need a new liner and going to do myself. I called them to get the measurements and the owner gave me some BS story that they dont have the measurements anymore. Its there pool, they installed a new liner and now they say they dont have measurements?!?!?!?

The reason they wont give is because there not getting the job! Dont ever use this company! I spent a ton of money installing the pool then putting in a new liner that didnt last that long and they wont even help me out with the measurements! Too Much! If i called them for liner job they would pull them up in a second and do it!
