If I could give it 6 stars I would. I suffer from extremely dry skin and enviroswim means I can swim without having to suffer the discomfort of chlorine in the pool. Any extra you pay for the system is more than paid back by the maintenance costs which are next to nothing. All we have to do is put in the occasional small amount of acid or sodium bicarbonate in.
We test regularly (at least fortnightly) but it hardly ever needs anything. I'm talking less than $100 a year. The pool is crystal clear all year round and the water is silky smooth. Best thing ever.

After sales service was a let down, especially as Gold Coast local customers. The ES3 Pool clock timer failed during the 3rd year, (it has a 2 year warranty) but after spending around $4000 for supply/install of their system we went to Enviroswim shop in Nerang to explain- However they wanted over $130 to replace it! The system is housed inside a cover and we find it pathetic the timer should fail so early on.
I asked young lady at shopfront to speak to the boss but he didn't bother coming out of the storeroom to speak with us- just wanted his $130+! I checked prices on other pool clock timers and have found decent looking ones for around $50. We are just having my Mum's pool resurfaced and this experience has convinced us to replace her pool system with another company doing fresh water pools.

The product to swim in is great, makes the pool low maintenance and the children never had issues with ear infections such as tropical ear, never had issues with black spot, though unfortunately the biggest downfall of the system is the copper leaching into the pool cement liner 3-4yrs on slowly turning it a green tinge away from its original pebble colour.

We purchased an Enviroswim system with a new pool almost 6 years ago and it has been great. Our daugther sufferes from eczema so salt or chlorine based systems were not an option for us but she has no problems in our pool. Maintenance has been simple and infrequent. We change the anodes about every two and a half years and clean the plates when required by simply dipping in a dluted pool acid solution.
Any questions I have had that are not already answered on the on-line tech help have always been happily answered by one of the reps if you phone. Last week we had an issue that we had to solve ASAP. The guys at Enviroswim at Narang were great. Within an hour all was fixed. They explained everything clearly for me, the repair bill was 20% of what I expected, and the service was outstanding. I find this a rare thing these days so nice to see people stand behind their product. So glad we have this system.

We have used the Enviroswim and can tell you that I never needed to add anything, it just worked really well. We all love swimming in water that is clean enough to drink. Your skin feels really good after a swim, not dried out like a salt or chlorinated pool. If you keep an eye on the copper levels occasionally it will be the cheapest running, safest, best feeling pool you will ever try. I wouldn't use anything else - go for it!

We bought this Chemical Free system through Eco Blue in Sydney. He recommended the system as the most advanced & care free available. He was right, I don't even think about it & the kids, our friends & even my wife always comment that the water never feels harsh & certainly doesn't feel over chlorinated. The balance is always perfect. Thoroughly recommend this form of pool care. I simply would never go back to the primitive old ways. Thanks, Great Product!
