Endless Summer Pool & Spa Endless Summer often evokes images of sunny, fun-filled days at the beach, of gently rolling ocean surf and warm breezy nights - the carefree life. Although Central Ohio doesn't offer that exact ambiance, the people of Endless Summer Pool and Spa Service can help you gain the most enjoyment from your swimming pool or hot tub by professionally caring for all your maintenance and repair needs. Let us help you simplify life and make the most of your leisure time by keeping your pool or spa in top condition.
Services
Raised in Worthington, Jeff and his wife reside in northwest Columbus. They have three grown children and two adorable grandchildren. Jeff has 25+ years in the pool and spa industry. His expertise lies in diagnosing and solving your pool & spa service needs efficiently and effectively. A life-long Columbus resident, Tom lives near Dublin.
Experience - We've served Central Ohio for 18 years. Using 19 trucks, we manage 525+ pools and spa cleanings every week. We always have a tech in your area that is qualified to properly care for your pool or spa. On call Service Tech - Having trouble reaching your pool service provider in an emergency?
Without exception, Endless Summer is absolutely the best service company in Columbus - hands down. Each member of the team is courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They take pride in their work, and are always available for any job big or small in a timely manner. I just wish my other service companies were half as good as them.
If you enjoy researching, here are links to some of our Pool Service vendors, suppliers, associations etc. We're very picky when it comes to your swimming pool, spa & hot tub products and parts, and we don't mind sharing that information.

I renamed this companies file in my computer to " Endless Billing ". Theyre like the cable company where they say internet for $55.00 a month- then you get billed a couple hundred bucks. Endless Billing says they charge $135.00 a month for pool maintenance then you get a bill every month for. $310.00. $265.00. $215.00. I never knew what I was paying for.

When I inquired- I got evasive answers and attitudes. Then I find- they bill 30 days in advance, and they expect it paid- in advance. Being in business for 40+ years-this invariably means they are cash poor. They're mismanaging their revenues. I kept expecting them to disappear. Notwithstanding they were replacing the entire filter system one part at a time- and after being accused of stealing pool parts left in our yard- I was told we needed a new start capacitor and motor.

We actually didnt need the capacitor but were charged $90.00 for it anyways. They then said it would be 10 days to put the motor in. This is after at least 15 days of the pool already being down. The pool looked like a back-woods pond in Ohio. Dragonflies and all. The final straw was me sitting at our breakfast bar- watching the pool guy come in- throw a handful of something into the water, looking at the pond- pool I mean, shaking his head and leaving.

He wasnt there a full 4 minutes. They were also fired the same day. I was assured I would be sent a check to credit our payments for parts not needed and services billed in advance but not completed. No check. So- dont expect a credit if you cancel them mid-month- in advance. The new pool guy installed a new motor the next day- scrubbed the sides of the pool- cleaned and back flushed- the pool was beautiful 2 days later. If you want the new guys number- email me. Ill happily recommend him. Endless billing is in Surprise AZ, not San Francisco. I dont know why it says that.

We started using this company when Covid arrived and I can't say they were ever impressive. I ended up learning to treat my own pool because it would always get cloudy two days after they treated it, this of course increased my operating costs. However, I recently received a letter stating that due to operating costs and staffing they are no longer able to support our pool servicing.

They claim that they are "forced to pull back our service area and focus on our work closer to our base" but they are located in Plain City which is the same small town we live in. Sadly this impacted ~8 of our other neighbors. I would have preferred they offered pool services at a higher cost but I think it's more than that, it seems to me that they don't have interest in keeping this business going. Either way, don't waste your time. The service was just ok and the value was never good. Sadly this company will likely just fade away which is what they seem to want.

We were in a pickle and needed a pool company immediately. Endless Summer Pools went above and beyond our expectations. They traveled way out of their way as we didn't live close. They showed up in a timely manner and saved us a lot of money. Jeff was a really nice guy and very professional. A HUGE thank you to this company! We would definitely recommend them.

Arrived on property without permission or scheduling a cleaning. Trying to charge for work that wasn't complete or is incomplete. Pool opening wasn't finished because of a leak in the pump, pool opening never completed. Customer service in trying to dispute the charges and the unauthorized cleaning (because pump wasn't working) has been atrocious, some of the rudest emails I could imagine. I would not recommend this company to any private homeowner. Stay away from them. You have been warned.

Recently we had a very negative interaction with the new office Admin Tonia Rotondo. In an effort to solve a pool issue, she demonstrated extremely poor customer service skills and fabricated events. Instead of rectifying the situation, she called us in anger with pressured speech lacking ability to have a professional two-way discussion. She would not allow us to speak.

Despite attempts at having a conversation and in an effort to calm her down, she abruptly said to find someone else to service our pool and then hung up the phone on us. The interaction was unusual and out of proportion to the situation. We are long term customers for the last several years without any prior conflicts. We reached out to Tom Mader, the Managing Partner, to resolve this situation amicably.

We have not received a reply. We are disappointed by the lack of professionalism, courtesy and poor customer service and can no longer recommend this company. In response to Tom's reply: We were having a serious pool problem. All Tonia had to do was have a service guy call us. We understood that they could not come into the house. Instead, she sent over a service guy at 6PM on a Friday night when we weren't even home to pick up a filter we have no idea how to remove.

This was not scheduled with us. Not even sure how she concocted this plan in her mind. Total miscommunication on her part. She subsequently called us in a furious state, then yelled at us and hung up and we were left wondering what was wrong with her. We expected a call from the company to apologize but never heard from them. We reached out to some of the employees personally in order to talk to a supervisor.

They do not list any contact info on their website. We heard back shortly after we sent an email to Tom whose contact information we found in archived emails. It was evident that they didn't care. While Tom did not find the time to reach out to his customers, he did find the time to quickly respond to a Google Review. It is unfortunate that it took this review to get a reply.

Top notch service. Both friendly and professional. Tonia was very helpful and nice. Good service is not cheap, cheap service is not good.

Estimate that lasted 5 min cost over $100 and I was not informed of cost prior to. Got a second opinion and was completely opposite-would have spent thousands when not needed! Do not use this company.

I work at a local spa company and we use Endless Summer for our pool referrals. They do top notch work in the Columbus area and the customers we refer have wonderful things to say about them. They take pride in the work they do!

I'm president of a condo assoc., Carriage Oaks in Westerville. Today is NOT "a great day to swim".as the recording at Endless Summer states. Our pool has been closed since Friday, this is Sunday, and it's going to be 87 degrees and the residents here are upset. I don't know why our pool is closed.for chemical issues?.I'm guessing. The water has looked yellow of and on all summer and now it is an opaque blue.

Can't see the bottom or the sides or the steps. No one has contacted our management company or me, to give us any info about when this might be taken care of. I called Endless Summer this morning, only to get a recording. It's a beautiful day for a swim.not.
