El Dorado Pools

El Dorado was referred to us by our new home builder. Our initial meeting went extremely well and we were impressed with Rene's vision. Unfortunately the following several months was a communication challenge. Long delays between communications is the basis for such a low rating. It is a big disappointment that this occurred as we had much higher expectations

Exceptional experience from beginning to the end. Kelli, the office manager, was professionally responsive from our initial inquiry, proactive throughout all stages, patient in the materials selection and all questions/concerns including multiple vendor coordination. Rene, as the owner, personally navigated us through the entire process from the initial design to completion reality. Rene came by and ensured critical build stages and milestones were met.

His leadership with the various construction teams was superb in staying focused on the design, the equipment functionality and the aesthetics. For the pool fine tuning, final touches and minor issue resolutions, Rockey's competent problem solving skills and customer centric interactions were outstanding. Highly recommend El Dorado Pools because of Rene, Kelli and Rockey. What a trustworthy and amazing team.

I am so happy I chose Eldorado Pools to build our pool. Kelli, Rene and Rocky were so helpful and professional. They told me what to expect up front and if there was work scheduled for a particular day, they were there. The work was completed efficiently and they always kept me informed of what steps were next. They made the process so easy. They really care about their customers and strive to make their experience the best. I would refer them to anyone that was looking to build a pool.

Recently completed our backyard oasis with El Doraldo Pools and love how things turned out. Rene and his team are great and you couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with. There are always hiccups during any construction project and these folks could not have been any easier to work with through it all. They are always professional, easy to talk to, and willing to listen to anything you bring up.

I've dealt with my share of contractors in the past and would work with El Dorado again in a heartbeat. As Rene says, "you want it they'll build it". Please give this company a call before you choose who you'll use for your pool.

Eldorado Pools is extremely lacking in their communication skills and abilty to resolve issues.numerous calls and emails with no response.

The owner doesn't stand behind his work, I have a dysfunctional light in my pool and tiles popping off along our waterline. He is not responding, been over 7 months we have been trying to get him to correct.

We called and they haven't gotten back with us to set up an appointment. Guess they are too busy serving the specific population even though we answered all of their questions and agreed with everything she said as far as timeline and general price range. She said she would get back with us that day or the next morning at the latest and she would definitely call back and not ignore our needs of repairing or replacing the pool. Guess what. they became a ghost and that was a week ago.

El Dorado pools designed us our dream pool without a hitch! They were very easy to work with and we now have a gorgeous pool to dip into in the Summer!

Great pool builder. Know what looks good, know how to build it and do it in a systematic way. Staff are great to work with also. Second pool we have done with El Dorado Pool.
