Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They never answer the phone - definitely have caller ID. If you call for a question they never pick up! Service: Inground pool installation

If i could leave no stars, i would. Asked for assistance at the beginning of June, was told someone would be out the week of June 22, no one showed or called. Now it is the middle of July, have called and left messages every day since. Stopped in today, and was told they were back until and couldnt help. Very unreliable, unprofessional, and bad business practices.

I dont know why someone couldn't have told me that back in June when I first called. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Very disappointed! While i appreciate the response below, i think you need to review the facts. FACT, Diane made an appointment, there was no one who showed up and no one called, thats bad business. FACT, I got more of a response from leaving a true experince than when i came to the store to inquire what was going. FACT, your company did put a cover on at the end of last year and the cover fell off, poor quality. FACT, since the week of June 22, I left over 10 messages for someone to explain what was going on, no response, that is why i came to the store. FACT, there are other people who have left similar responses and experiences, so my review is fairly accurate. FACT, as a business owner, you should call a dissatisfied customer, instead of pleading your case as a response to a review, and rectify the situation.instead i am stuck to find another company for help.

These guys know what they're doing. They won't just point you to the chemical aisle and wish you a good day. They took the time to explain how to use the chemicals correctly to correct a condition I had been dealing with for over a month. Highly recommended

Thanks to the ladies at Done Right I just completed the easiest and dare I say, the most enjoyable pool opening in 16 years of pool ownership. Cover off on Saturday, water perfect on Tuesday. Great advise offered and no pressure to buy unneeded chemicals. Nice folks to do business with. Much thanks to Dianne and daughter.

Done Right Pools gets my 1st 5 star rating. I had been getting 2 years of bad advice from a different local pool store and spent hundreds on chemicals that never did anything. I was even advised to drain 67% of my pool and refill with new water. That is when someone else recommended Done Right Pools (and thank God they did). For less than $100 I now have perfectly balanced pool chemistry. Thank you so much for your focused attention and easy advice. You guys are great, and I am a customer for life.

Bought a pool here in June, it's still sitting in my yard in boxes. While this company says it doesn't install pools, there is only one installer they use. This installer is very busy and will not get back to you. He has been a no show after extreme measures to get an install date. When calling Done Right, they will often not answer the phone. When you finally get a person to answer they don't really know what to do to help.

When I asked about recommending another installer, John told me that, "anyone who isn't working right now will suck, it's a busy time. " I contacted other pool companies, and they are unable to help me because they sell the pool with install price included. I now have a boxed pool in my yard and cannot do anything about it. I wrote to he Attorney Generals office, and no help there. John responded with lies, and states that I asked them to leave the pool in my yard, when in fact I asked if they could keep it at the store until install.

The entire experience with this company has been extremely unprofessional since delivery of my pool third week of June. I would steer clear of this place when buying a pool. My ONLY reasoning for choosing them was the review that said nice local business. That was a big mistake.

John of Done Right Pools is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of working with. In the spring of 2017 I had the concrete around my pool and pool liner replaced. After the old concrete was removed John drained my in ground pool and then disappeared for a week without putting the track on which was required for the new concrete to be poured.

He didn't return any messages and his family that works in the store wouldn't pick up the phone when they saw my number, unless I called from a different number they didn't recognize. Anyone familiar with in ground pools should know that leaving an in ground pool empty for days is a big mistake due to the hydrostatic pressure of the ground water. Thanks to John and his incompetence the side of my pool compleatly caved in.

He returned to try to fix it without much luck. My concrete contractor and his team had to do most of the work to repair the damage that John caused. After all of that John charged me an extra 650 dollars in labor to fix the side of my pool that was destroyed due to his own negligence. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I brought pics of my pool filter in so they could order a new one. The filter had three part numbers on it so it was confusing to me as to the correct one to get. I was told that the 200 cubic foot filter was the best one so I bought it for $204.00. When it came it it was wrong. They looked at the same pics again and said that I needed the 100 cf filter and once it comes in we can settle up on the difference of price.

When I went to get the correct filter I was told that it was the same cost as the first one. I got home and liked both filters up on line and the correct filter was being sold at other pool suppliers for $65.00-$75.00. What a scam!

I purchased a home with an in-ground pool last year and I stopped by their store to have my water tested 5-6 times over the summer. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. When they were out of a pool chemical I needed they told me that they would get it that day and call me when I could pick it up later in the afternoon the same day. I had them close my pool in the fall.

They moved quickly but would stop if I had questions about what I needed to do. The owner noticed that I had 2 gate valves which were not working anymore. The owner told me I could go online or to another competitor for a replacement but they would not be cheap. I received a call a couple days later from him telling me that he had 2 gate valves that he had cut out from another pool job that I could have free of charge to replace the necessary parts broken in my valves. He went above and beyond what I expected. I have already scheduled my pool opening with them in the next few weeks. Great customer service!
