They installed our pool years ago. I called for maintenance work we needed done in our pool and they didn't want to have anything to do with us because we don't use them to open/close our pool. I understand they're busy, but not courteous at all.

Hot tub stopped heating. Called for service and they came the next day. Technician Drew called as promised and was on time! Extremely professional, diagnosed the problem, had the part on the truck and was done in less than an hour. Would absolutely recommend him for hot tub repairs. No hassle service is extremely rare these days. Much appreciated.

Good luck getting anyone there to return a call or email once your pool is done. In particular Jim and Darrell. Been trying since last September to find out information in getting our $13,000 pool cover fixed that should be under warranty. We had to call Jim every week to see when they were coming. Sometimes we got lucky and actually reached him. Usually we left a message that was not returned.

Thought if we emailed the owner Darrell with our need to get pool cover fixed it would get us somewhere. It has been a week and no word from him either. We have now gone a whole pool season with no working cover that we use as a safety cover. Go someplace else. Regret that we chose them over Northern Pools or another company. The headache of dealing with them after your pool is in is just not worth it.

Ordered and paid for a T-155 cartridge filter but was given a knock off which is not only inferior but sells for a full 50% less. How many customers has Custom Pool fleeced? Better check your filter tank to see if they fleeced you too.

This is the third time I have gone to purchase my hot tub supplies in this place and u walk in and no one is to be found, this time I walked out! This place is the worst!

Fantastic service! Had another company for 2 years and switched to Custom- what a difference! We would highly recommend this company!

Went in for parts and they were out of stock. They told me the location off 95 has the parts so I shot over there the next day and the price of the part varied. It was only a dollar difference which I did not care about but the staffs response was "he must have given the price off of memory". In fact he looked at a price sheet and gave me the price. That's their issue not the customers. A simple "sorry about the inconsistency we will be sure to get that price sheet updated" would have been a reasonable response.
