I was all over Mt. Pleasant looking for replacement hoses for my above ground pool and finally found this place. I bought 3 hoses not knowing which length I would need and the lady behind the counter told me I could bring them back if they were the wrong size. For the 3 hoses I paid $60 and when I got home, sure as day they were the wrong size. I had to work the next day so I asked my mom to take them back for me.
When she got there to return them the same lady told her she couldn't return them and get money back but she could return them and get store credit for chemicals and such. Don't need chemicals.only need hoses which this place didn't have the ones I needed. Very disappointed in this place and won't be using them again!

New to the area a year ago and tried to setup maintenance so I could start using my pool, and not 1 of my phone calls were ever returned. I had to actually drive to the store to try and get this setup, and then it was months before they showed up to do the service. This past Nov while doing maint the tech stated I needed to replace the sand in my filter, and he would order everything he would need, and would be out to complete the repair/maint in Jan 2022.
I cancelled my bi-weekly maint in Dec, because it made no sense to have them vac the sand off the floor of the pool every time they came, so let them know I would start back on the scheduled maint after they serviced my filter. I called the store twice in Feb, no return call. Called again in April, waited a week then called back and was told "I wrote it up for Craig".
The lady in the office also told me they had trouble getting the parts. 5 months to get sand for a filter, really? Then I let her know I had called last week, and asked for a return phone call, so a call letting me know you have what you need now to do the service, and you've sent the request to Craig for scheduling, would have been appreciated. The response, I don't do that, Craig has it. Terrible customer service. I wish there were more options in Titus County.

Curry's built a pool and spa for our family. They were very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and did a great job! Had Curry pools out in the fall of 2017. Had them dig a 35,000 gal gunite pool, celebrity style. Always there when they said they would be. Extremely knowledgeable about everything but not the least bit arrogant. Father & son business. Fine Christian men. Have been a tremendous resource for all my post build questions. HIGHLY recommend! You will not be sorry.

The worst customer service in the history of pool repair companies. After spending $14,000 on a pool repair, I had a few questions and needed some small additional repairs done. I've left 8 messages over 3 weeks and they won't even call back. The lady answering the phone will only say that all she can do is give them a message. STAY AWAY! It's not worth the headache!

New to the area, bought a Wal-Mart pool, problems getting chemicals right. If this happens to you, I recommend NOT taking water to test, to Curry Pools. The counter lady is NOT friendly, does not want to really help you fix your pool, talked "down" about anything but their Doughboy pools. Sorry, I didn't know your business even existed until now. I'll go elsewhere for help.

I have had Curry pools and their service man Hector, out to my house doing service calls twice a month for a year. They are fast, responsive and extremely accommodating. They are a small business.and Mt. Pleasant isn't Dallas. The owner and his son have been to the house as well. If I had only one suggestion, they need to have e-mail set up.it's easier to get a message to them than by telephone. I recommend them.
