Established in 1997, Crystal Clear Pools Inc. is a family owned and operated business. We pride ourselves in installing a quality pool that meets the needs of our customers. Tom Terrell and wife Beth Terrell are working owners. Tom is out at job sites working with his team on installation and service projects while Beth is in the store aiding in sales and the retail operations. You will find our team to be experienced in the jobs they handle. As a group there are dozens of years of installation, service and retail experience.

I called for scheduling winterization in this late fall. When requested the service, the lady responded, 'do you close pool now?'. It's July, with temperature at 90s. Will you consider to close pool in hot July, and open in winter? I explained why I was calling. Then she said someone will call me back in 1 day. No one called back for 2 days. After 2 days waiting, when I called to the lady again, she told me they would not take any new customer anymore. So professional.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Crystal Clear Pools. All the staff members that work the phone are very pleasant and helpful. Beth has been especially helpful to me by troubleshooting potential fixes with issues I've had in order to avoid having a fee for someone to come out and take a look. A couple weeks ago, they even arranged for a tech to come to my house on Friday evening to repair our broken heater so that we could use the pool for a pool party the next day. I find the pricing to be reasonable as well. Top notch.

Tom installed an in-ground pool with an automatic pool cover for us last year during the construction of our new home. He explained the differences between a chlorine pool and a salt water pool. We chose the salt water pool and have been very happy with it. They are an excellent family owned business that has been great to work with. We were able to use our pool last season, even while our home was being completed.
They closed it for us in the fall, and opened it this spring. It is just as beautiful as last year. We were able to use it now on Memorial Day weekend and what a pleasure it is to hear giggling children enjoying the pool. We would highly recommend Crystal Clear Pools.
