We use to be with this company for few years since the precious owner of the house was working with them. the sales associates and customer service reps are awful and extremely rude. my last conversation with manager was such a disappointment since they no showed to their scheduled service twice and my pool had already turned green and when I called to arrange a replacement appointment they kept making new appointments and no one showed up. when I got upset and asked for a new appointment the manager said " there is nothing I can do and hung-up on me" stay away. apparently they do not care about the quality service and don't deserve to be in business. Horrible Horrible Horrible

Similar review to others here, had scheduled a Jandy customer support tech to come to the property a week in advance. They called to confirm the appointment and I picked up and confirmed. I woke up at 4am to fly back in town to make this appointment and let the technician know. They supposedly came to the appointment, saw they couldn't enter from one side of the street but there was ample parking and access for the technician to drive in from the other side of the street or park literally one house length's away on free parking side street.

They literally said "Sir, I am unwilling to walk one block". They then lied about trying to find parking, had the home office call me back and try to cancel the appointment. When I explained my situation clearly and calmly, they were extremely rude, disrespectful and had zero customer service or empathy. Could not recommend a business less and have also reported them to the better business bureau.

Extremely rude and unprofessional, horrible customer service. We asked this company to schedule a service for our pool, after 10 days they said they will send their technician on this Friday, when I called the Lead technician Torrel to ask if this Friday service is confirmed, he said NO you are not on schedule for this Friday and then when I asked why we were told that we are on the schedule then, he said he will pass and he hang up the phone on me. Torrel is extremely rude and disrespectful, this kind of people are not deserved to be in the Bussiness, they don't even respect the clients who gave them Bussiness for more than a year.

Stay away from this company. Extremely rude people, very disappointed. Regarding your response: First of all the negative reviews says everything about you and all people need to know about who you are. We requested a pause for only 2 weeks and on the second week we caledl back to have our service back. So you are clearing lying here telling we requested a pause for 3 weeks.

Also the lead technician clearly does not know how to talk to his clients politely and he does not understand the customer service rules and regulations, just because he couldn't provide the promised service on this Friday, he hang up the phone on me with such rude attitude so your try for saying it was my verbiage is already a failure as all other reviews clearing says you are very rude to customers.

Apparently the answer to: is my service confirmed for this Friday is hanging up the phone and this is very normal act in your company. Stay away form this people they don't even take responsibility for their wrong behavior.
