Crystal clear goes above and beyond to help their customers. From taking care of our pool after we had it filled, to top notch weekly maintenance and even coming during a historic winter storm to help keep our unit from developing serious damage. We truly feel like we are family they are always going above and beyond for their customers. That says a lot about a company when they continue to put their clients first. We highly recommend them!

The staff that works at Crystal Clear is by far the best! To name a few Kim, Susan, And Jacob are awesome! We had an emergency issue with the pool today and when I called they were quick to send people out. 3 technicians showed up at the same time and were ready to figure it out. It turned out being a small issue but they were super friendly and very courteous! Thanks again for the speedy response! A+++ This company has my business and they should have yours as well!

We recently switched from Leslies because it was closer and boy are we glad we did. The bio guard products literally work better and last 4 times longer. The water is clearer than it's ever been. We recently had some persistent green algae and they gave us a smart shock which took about 4-5 days to clear up. It was first cloudy so we weren't too sure but around day 4 it was the clearest I'd ever seen it and that stubborn algae has not come back.
I think we were throwing money away using leslies shock. It did not work the way the smart shock did. If you are using leslies, or worse, Walmart products- stop! You'll wonder why you didn't switch earlier.
