From start to finish they have been fantastic! I know or have heard several negative stories about experiences with other pool companies. I HIGHLY recommend Cool Pools. They have been timely, communicative, and make sure they are meeting our expectations/vision. They coordinated so much and definitely met our needs. We are grateful we chose such a great company and we love its local & family owned. If you're thinking about putting in a pool, choose Cool Pools. It has been a great experience!

Edited: One Year Later 2020 We have had major issues with our pool since the install. Cool pools didn't grade our yard properly and we have constant flooding with every heavy rain. The pool itself has sunk on one side. We have emailed, made phone calls, and even made office visits. They have either ignored our complaints or made empty promises about fixing the issue.
A year later nothing has happened to fix this problem. Highly disappointed in their follow through. As a family owned business I would have hoped for more. 2019: Cool Pools has been an absolute wonderful company to work with. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Our questions were always answered promptly. Watching them work in our backyard, you could tell they truly enjoyed what they were doing. They always took the time to talk with us and explain the current step they were working on. From start to finish, it took 4 weeks! I highly recommend this company!

These guys are a great family-owned company. We couldn't be happier with our pool. Because of Covid, we had to wait a bit to get the pool installed, but that was the case for all companies we called and Cool Pools clearly explain this from the beginning. We also had a good slope in our back and they shopped around and found us the best price for all the fill dirt needed.
Even the extra we requested, that they brought in for us. They had the best price and service by far. Some of the other companies were pretty rude, to be honest, but Cool Pools answered all our questions and have come out to help us after the fact when we had new users mess-ups. Gene is a super great guy. Use them with confidence, you will have no regrets.

While we were building our new house we reached out to Cool Pools to get a quote this winter so we could have a pool company lined up and ready to go for when we closed in the spring. They responded back via email and asked for our address which we didn't think anything of. Next thing we know we get a call from the builder (who still owned the property at this point) letting us know someone had come onto the property and spray painted a pool in the backyard and marked up all the gas lines etc.
First of all we had NO idea someone was just going to come out and second they should never just come mark up a property without the owners permission to do so. The builder wasn't thrilled and yes it's just spray paint on grass but it was pretty wrong. After all that, we never even got sent a quote or a proposal or a follow up after doing measurements or marking up the property. What in the world!

Cool Pools surprised us with their outstanding management of our pool project. Their pricing is fair and competitive - with NO hidden costs popping up later! They met every deadline on or before the date provided. The owner handles the excavation himself and even with our last minute requests to save trees which required him to modify the plan design specs on the day of the dig - he had a can-do attitude!
The communications at Cool Pools is top notch. Cherie is the main contact and responds quickly and thoroughly. She and her staff even follow up to set up inspections for the pool and fence - which we expected would be our responsibility. Also, although they are not a pool supply store they have ordered and set up installation for our pool cover this fall.
Our pool is gorgeous - and their professionalism lead us to rely on Cool Pools for other service referrals - like the fence contractor and the concrete pool decking entity - and we have had outstanding results with them too!

I can't say enough Great things about cool pools! When we Started our journey with Cool Pools it seems like it was never going to end, not because of Cool pools but other outside factors. But man it was well worth the wait! My Husband is a 11 year Retired veteran from the Marine Corps who was injured in 2014 while serving in Afghanistan. The one thing that he can truly get recovery from is water therapy because of his injuries. Cher Levert has gone out of her way multiple times to get the job done.
It is a great Family owned company who treat you as one of them. Thank you too Cher and Rich Levert, Alex, All the ladies in the office, Geno, Lj the dump truck driver and to Charles and his Dad who built us the beautiful deck to go with. Cool Pools installed our pool and spa in the late Spring/early Summer of 2018. We could not be any more pleased. The entire team worked diligently with us from start to finish assuring that the project turned out just like we wanted it to.and it did just that! They have transformed our back yard into a small paradise. The attention to detail by the entire team at Cool Pools was impeccable.
I do have to call Gene out - Gene was on site a lot - and Gene pictured really cool things in his mind and then turned those really cool things into reality. Cool Pools listened to what we wanted, made suggestions, and worked with us, but they were NEVER pushy about anything. Our pool was installed by Cool Pools in March of 2017. This glowing review is well overdue! I could not be happier with the service and craftsmanship that they provided every step of the way. There was no hard sales pitch, no one tried to sell us something we didn't need. They listened to what we wanted and they helped us create the perfect pool and entertainment space for our needs.
Every email and phone call was returned, they were always helpful and fun to work with. The crew were careful and clean and they never left our property a mess (a major plus with a dog and children). Our project was completed on time and on budget. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! We couldn't have chosen a better company.

After researching the different types of pools available on the market today, I decided to go with a pre-fab fiberglass pool. What amazed me was the difference from pool contractor to pool contractor, in terms of price and also in terms of what was available and who would be the ones actually doing the work. In the end, I settled on Cool Pools due to the fact that all the work was pretty much done in-house and I would not have to deal with a bunch of subcontractors.
Not only were they one of the most cost competitive, not the cheapest, but they also really did take the time to explain to me all the benefits and downside of owning a pre-fab fiberglass pool, as well as all the different options avaialble. This was extremely important to my wife and I because a pool is a rather large investment and helped us make an informed decision.
From digging, to installation, to patio being complete and pool open it took 6 weeks, it would have been 4 if not for all the rain we had. My family and I have been completely satisfied and would recommend Cool Pools to anyone looking for a pre-fab Fiberglass pool.
