Continental Pool & Spa

I had them come out last year and and make a repair on my pool. It immediately did not work correctly following them charging me for it. I sent several emails requesting that they come back out, and was passed off and no one ever replied. Save your money and go with someone who will stand behind their work.

I was having problems with other vendors and there analysis of the water in my pool. So I decided to come into Continental Pool & Spa and give them a try. I went in the Friday of the Labor Day Weekend. I was assisted by a young man named Zack. He took my water sample, provided the analysis and directed me to the Chemicals I would need. He also gave me instructions on how to place the different Chemicals in the pool in a certain order.

He said to wait two days and then come back if I was having any problems. When I walked out to my pool on Monday morning the water was crystal clear. Thanks Zack and Continental Pool you are now my "go to" for my pool. Thanks Again, Dave

Purchased a Hot Springs Grandee. Had a great experience with the owner who walked us through the options. Tub was installed by a very professional tech that got the job done quickly and helped us understand the chemistry. Would recommend CPS.

From dig to finished concrete, Continental Pool & Spa had our pool "done" in 2 weeks and a day! Professional, clean, and detailed. They have this down to an art!

Workers are helpful, they test the water we bring in and show us what we need to put into our pool to keep our unclouded and clean. We appreciate it sometimes the home test strips aren't the easiest to match with exactly what you need. It's much appreciated. Been going here for over 5yrs now and we don't have to use nasty chlorine.

We purchased our pool from Continental several years ago. They have been very helpful with all of our questions and concerns since then, as new pool owners. They are knowledgeable and have a lot of advice. Always courteous when we are in-store. They have a good amount of pool items in stock, as well.

This place is not exactly the most convenient for me because I live in Council Bluffs, but it has been worth it and I will continue going here as a result. I've gone twice now and both times they have been extremely helpful with my hot tub needs. They helped me get my hot tub back on track after switching to well water, and their solution didn't involve dumping a bunch of chemicals in either.

I previously went to a couple of other places trying to address the issue and neither of those places were really willing to help. Continental Pool & Spa did not treat me any different because I didn't buy my hot tub from them. They treated me like a regular customer, helped me find answers and they steered me in the right direction.

We have owned our original hot tub for 26 years. Just purchased a new one in November 2020. From the point of sale, through the delivery, and being available if I had questions or purchasing supplies they have always been friendly, patient, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Continental Pool and Spa.

If you are looking to add a hot tub to your home, Continental Pool & Spa is the place to go. CJ Green was great to work with. He approached me in the store to introduce himself and asked if I had any questions and then allowed me to stroll around without feeling pressured. I'm not sure there isn't anything he doesn't know about their products. Installation went great and I was surprised to see that CJ finished the install once the hot tub was in place.no wonder he knows everything about them.

All three guys took great care in getting the tub down the hill to my backyard and getting in place on my patio. They were very accommodating when asked to turn the tub to face a different direction. CJ took the time to go over all of the features and provided great instructions for taking care of my new hot tub. Thanks Continental Pool & Spa! I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

I bought an awesome pool a few years that came with a house. The pool was built 40 years ago by Continental Pool & Spa and the previous owner directed me to stick with Continental for all my service needs. Over the years they have helped me with service, water testing, openings and closings and even will take my call when I have a quick question. Time and time again they have come through when I needed them and they make my 40 year old pool feel brand new. It shows how good they are that a 40 year old pool is still running the same as it did the day it was opened and the company is still around to service it. Thank you!
