Melody and her team were incredible. We had a bad pool building experience with another company, one in which our plumbing was installed wrong, and she quickly got us set up with a service call. She promptly called to inform us of our problem and immediately scheduled a time for repairs. The team was exactly on time when she said they would be and were very professional.

We have been scheduled for pool school, in which our last company failed to complete, for a full overview of our equipment and pool chemistry. I could not be more impressed with Complete Backyard and their professionalism, promptness, and openness. Truly. Lifesavers.

Ross and the team at "The Complete Backyard" are THE BEST! We started down the (wrong) path with another company - focused only on a pool design. When we learned of our mistake, we reached out to Ross. His team created the PERFECT design for our back yard - complete with a killer "champagne spa", an overhang and patio extension, and incredible lighting suggestions. It's one of those rare experiences in life where the finished product is even better than the renderings.

The Complete Backyard has built two pools for us over the last 15 years. Once again, they have outdone themselves. If I could give them more stars I would! This company has restored my faith in contract type work! Good, honest people still exist! Ross the owner runs a fantastic company with great people who work for him! One thing I loved about him was that he was always honest about when things would be done or completed! He never promised something that didn't happen! Justin designed our pool and he did such a great job, exceeding our expectations and gave us a pool of our dreams! Working with the Complete Backyard was great start to finish. We met with Justin who designed the pool and he listened well, never rushed us. Ross was available and reviewed it all. The best process was the build, led by their construction manager, Rene. Rene cared, educated and took care of us and our project. The Complete Backyard built our amazing custom pool with tanning ledge and connected spa with rolled mosaic edge and waterfall. The results are simply spectacular. They worked tirelessly to meet our high expectations. We had very specific ideas about what we wanted, and they were extremely cooperative in meeting our goals. We morphed several ideas as they educated us about available tile, plaster finishes, fencing and decking. Their suggestions were excellent. We love our pool! We feel like we live in a resort!
