The entire Coast to Coast pool team is excellent. Jason, the pool school "professor", is one of the best customer driven trainers. Great school! Carly and Cheryl helped us design an excellent and beautiful pool. MacKenzie, Jayne, and Ashley have been very responsive and helped us a lot. We've been customers of coast to coast pools since we moved into our house a couple years ago. Everything was fine until a couple months ago. First, they messed up the pool making it completely green with algae build up, then I had to call to get them to fix it since they "didn't notice it", after which they came and shocked the pool. After that, they stopped showing up and left our pool and hot tub a mess (yellowish grime all over and cloudy water) and won't return any of my phone calls.

This is how it's been for the last month. They didn't even bother to send an email or call to say they aren't doing our weekly maintenance anymore, just completely left us hanging and ghosted us. They're perfectly happy cashing our checks though.

So I wrote a bad review for Coast to Coast a month ago but I have to say Coast to Coast have responded and turned around my satisfaction very quickly. I was having major issues with getting my new Spa to work properly and became very frustrated. I received a call from the owner and we had a very good discussion on all the issues and the Coast to Coast team responded very quickly to resolve all the issues and get the Spa running properly.

I am very satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism of the team. Thank you Coast to Coast team! 6/23/22 follow up - In addition to Coast to Coast following thru on all the repairs, they recently installed a single panel screen view which turned out fantastic and has completely enhanced my view and satisfaction of my entire pool area. I'm a new pool owner, and I asked a lot of different kinds of questions. Kathy and everyone at Coast to Coast is very responsive. The technicians are skilled and very professional. Most of the time, I spoke with Kathy. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and has a lot of patience. She guided me several times thru all procedures about how better maintain water in the pool. I do not have enough words to say how good this company is and how they care about customers and work what they are doing.

This is our second pool from Coast to Coast Pools. They were both so incredibly beautiful. Attention to detail from everyone that worked on the pool. It literally came out perfect. To everyone at Coast to Coast, thank you for turning our backyard into paradise. Amazing service, you built us the perfect place to relax.

I had my pool construction with Coast to Coast in 2021. Later I installed a Pentair Easy Touch System with Coast to Coast. I've called several times for assistance with an issue I was having. On one occasion it was a power outage in the area. Each time someone came out they were helpful. I've spoken to Mackenzie on the phone with questions and she is always quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend Coast to Coast Pools.

Coast to Coast Pools does a great job at keeping our in-ground pool clean year round, even with our 2 dogs swimming in it almost daily! The office staff has always been very helpful and professional, as well as the service team that comes out to do the job. I recommend using Coast to Coast for any pool needs! This company was subcontracted to surface the pool being installed with the builder. This is the final product that they are proud of. Brought to their attention before closing and this is how they repaired it. This is the finished product! You have declined to deliver a new pool but a repair job. This is brand new construction and the pool should look new. Not repaired! I'm not obligated to get pebble Tec to surface my pool to have a new pool.

We used Coast to Coast pools during new construction of our home. As it was slow going they did provide us with a beautiful pool. I want to recognize Sierra from the construction department for her outstanding service. If it weren't for her my pool would never be done. The company should award her outstanding achievement award on customer service. Thank you Sierra for everything you have done for us.

Our pool was constructed on November 9th. Followed up with them about pool school which the person who came was good. Since then I have had to make multiple calls to get salt added to a new build after 30 days. Still waiting. Pool was built and they forgot to add the controls near by the spa. How does that even happen. Finally, they say that cleaning has been occurring the past month but the bottom of the pool has had sand in it the entire time.

A couple of these items are minor but the fact that I have to keep calling for them to follow through is a signal that this is not the place to go. I was told that they have over 1600 pools to take care of. I'm not sure that's the best message you want to send your customers.

I had an issue with my gas heater for my pool which was purchased from and installed by Coast to Coast. Although my warranty had recently expired they came by the day after I called as a courtesy and got me up and running just in time for my family visiting from New York. We discovered Coast to Coast Pools when we were building a Divosta home in IslandWalk in Venice. They were suggested by the builder. Cheryl designed a custom pool for us and we've been more than pleased with the process and the pool design. She was able to accommodate all of our wishes. We think the result is beautiful!

We've been working with Lisa Houk at Coast-to-Coast Pools. She is a very talented pool designer who has been responsive to our many design requests. She took our small backyard, with limited space, and created a beautiful resort-style pool. Her expertise made such a difference, and she fit in everything we wanted. Highly recommend Coast-to Coast, and Lisa Houk as designer. Top notch experience thus far!

Coast to Coast Pools is Superb! My new home of almost one year has a Coast to Coast pool/jacuzzi and we love it, perfect for both exercise and relaxation. I have weekly maintenance with this company who also built the pool. The maintenance is OK. Last week the maintenance gentlemen spilled salt on my paver pad and on the grass. The grass died and the pavers were stained. I have called them 6 times over 2 days and I was told Kathy Williams would call me back. She has not called me back. She did not but did sent an email that said we did not install the pavers and that the chemicals the techs use don't drip out of the containers.

I sent her the photos below where you can see the salt on the pavers. Spoke to McKenzie at 11:20 AM today, who said she would resolve it and call back. No call back yet. Unbelievable way to run a business. Updated Aug. 16,2021 - reported to the company stains in the pool finish. They sent a person over within 2 days and corrected the issue. Thank you

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but Coast to Coast exceeded my expectations by far and I felt the need to give them the praise they deserve! The salesman, TJ, was very professional and knowledgeable about the industry, which put my mind at ease throughout the project. His years of experience in the pool business made the process stress-free for me as a homeowner and I was able to trust his judgments throughout. I am so thrilled with my pool and am happy to recommend such a phenomenal pool company.

We have been nothing but impressed by this company for our recent pool install. From start to finish they have exceeded our expectations. We began this process during the pandemic and you would have never known it due to the constant communication and attention to detail. The staff is always available to answer any questions with a friendly attitude or in-person smile.

In fact, we couldn't have asked for a better working relationship with the staff. We also appreciated that every subcontractor they used arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. Our pool was designed with every attention to detail that we could ask for and the results speak for themselves. We had our pool and spa built by Coast to Coast last year. We had been referred to them by a neighbor with a really nice pool that had been completed by them as well. We went to the design studio and met with David Walker. He was great and helped us design the project from scratch and maximize the size of the pool and spa we could build. We are very pleased with the results, and the pool was built much quicker than we anticipated! We now use Coast to Coast for our cleaning as well and have had few issues overall in our first year!

We moved in to our new home - bought a model home - over time there was no remaining literature on our pool system! Once we found Coast to Coast - they stepped up in short order to guide us and educate us on everything we needed to know! In particular, the service department, was fabulous - timely and efficient in talking us (rookies) thru the manual operation of our system until they could get to us with their “pool school”! How wonderful, during these Covid times, to find someone who knows how to provide and DELIVERS quality Customer Service!

They redid my pool finish and tile plus turned it into a salt pool. I have to say I’m very hard to please and they did a great job cleaned up everyday after they were done plus they did and finished when they said they would be done. Then set up the pool until it was right. I recommend them to anyone that need pool work or a new pool. Very happy.
