Clearwater Pools

Cannot say enough great things about Justin and his team over at Clearwater Pools! From our very first meeting, Justin was on time, very detail-oriented and went through the entire process from beginning to end of what the different phases of our in-ground pool installation would look like. He spent a good 2-2.5 hours with my husband and I at our home during our first meeting to discuss all possible options from shape, to filters, concrete, liners, diving boards, steps, coping, etc. Quotes were sent over very shortly after and Justin was extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions we had throughout the process.

Everything was broken down in an easy to understand matter and installation was timely as well as smooth. We did not experience any complications whatsoever and are extremely happy with how our pool came out. We cannot wait to enjoy it all summer long and for years to come!

This place was very busy. Most people wanted their water tested for the start of the season. They have a decent setup with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. During our time there, there was a consistent line of people to the door, which is about 8 people / groups. prices are pretty fair and because they are in a plaza, there's plenty of parking.

Clearwater did a wonderful job installing our in ground pool, especially given the tough circumstances regarding COVID and material issues. We signed a contract December 2020 (knowing there was a lengthy waitlist), Dug July 2021, and we were swimming October 2021. If you are in the market for a quality pool, it's worth the wait

After purchasing a pool from Clear Water pools I upgraded to a Hayward salt system from them also. After a year and a half I started having problems with the salt system not working properly. I brought it to there attention every week for 4 months with data I was instructed to take. Every week I was told they are working on it and long story short the last time I went in I was told " Hayward needs a lot of data to issue a new unit".

So after 4 months nothing was done and the best Clear water pools could do was give me a techs number to call myself. Needless to say after talking with the rep. 2 weeks ago that he would look into the matter I have not received a call back. I took my most recent water sample to Capital Pools and was blow away by the info she shared with me, things that Clear Water never discussed with me in over 4 years of water tests.

Capital Pools also brought to my attention that Rising Sun pools ( I think that was the name) preforms warranty work on Hayward systems, which Clear Water never told me. I will let you all decide for yourselfs which company to use, but I would encourage you to just take a water sample to any other pool company and compare who you would rather use. For this guy I will never step foot in Clear Water Pools again even if they are the only place in town.

I called them over 2 weeks ago and spoke to Josh about having someone come out to give me a quote for in ground pool and said they were recommended from a friend of mine who used them. He assured me that Jason would call me back, still no return call and I called again and spoke to him and he said, He never called you back? Said he would take my info again and hand it personally to him.think I got a call, NOPE! You just lost thousands of dollars, must not need the business.so disappointed!

I purchased a pool with them 3 years ago. Had no problems. As of about 10 months ago my above ground pool wall started forming rust spots. Went to Clearwater and spoke with them, they said they have never seen such and we should file with our warranty. We filed with our warranty and the warranty company responded that we were given a pool wall that is not compatible with a salt water pool.

We forwarded that email to Clearwater and have heard nothing else. We have emailed and emailed with no response. My advise would be to go elsewhere. They may have good prices, but that will come with a price in the long run.

Before starting the inground pool process, I did a lot of review reading and research myself. I am so glad we went with Clearwater Pools. The entire process, from contract signing to swimming isn't overnight, but their service and responsiveness has been awesome. We so appreciated the time that they took with us as we planned exactly what we wanted.

Each step along the way, the communication was great. They truly want you to have a successful experience. Justin, Keith, Renn and Josh have been top notch and I would definitely recommend them.

Josh is the best! We've had our pool for 3 years nothing has gone wrong through them. Our dog did though did chew through to our light cord LOL, so we will fix that. They have been very knowledgeable and helped us throughout the 3 years

I switched to Clearwater for all of our pool needs. Josh is the one who won our confidence by his honesty and by his knowledge and ability to walk us through everything as new pool owners. He just came out and did our winterization and we felt better about him than the team we hired the first time. They are a great group and we are glad they have helped us as we become knowledgeable pool owners.

Received excellent service from a pool technician named Josh. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. He came out on short notice and did a great job. We're definitely going to use Clearwater for future service of our pool. Service: General repairs & maintenance
