There are natural shade variations in all of our pool tile, brick, and stone coping products. We recommend you make your final selections from actual samples, rather than web photos. Your pool builder should have actual samples. If not, we will be happy to UPS sample pieces. Products should be inspected before installation. No claims will be accepted after product is installed.
Travertine is cooler than brick, concrete, slate, flagstone, and bluestone. Our Travertine is Frost Proof, and Freeze-thaw compatible. Timeless beauty (used for thousands of years). Duriable and long lasting (think of the Coliseum in Rome). Travertine has excellent slip-resistance even when wet. Well calibrated so no sand is needed in the joints.

Bad customer service, Shawna the front desk lady gave us attitude, i felt too much pressure I own several businesses and I know how important it is our customers to us we need to treat customers like family, My Swimming Pool contractor send me there to choose the tile for our lazy river, I'm 2 hours away from them, I believe that you should put more attention to your customers thank you

We purchased Glass Tile from Guy at Classic Tile Designs for an in ground swimming pool job in Fort Myers FL. Price was very competitive. Note.we discovered other suppliers quoted 1" x 2" glass tile, however when the samples arrived, the actual dimensions were short by 3/4". Classic pool tile's dimensions were exact and their service was great. We received within 3 days after order date! Best price and best service!

I used them recently for the coping around a pool that I installed at my house. They have good prices and seem friendly. But be careful because once you buy you'll never hear from them again. I tried calling my salesman Toby four times and he never responded I guess he figured that once he made the sale he was done. I just had a few questions but had to resort to other outside advice.
