For you to truly enjoy and to achieve the full value for your investment, our expert designers work with you to design a dream backyard that meets or exceeds both your needs and desires. The length of construction whether a new pool or major renovation depends mostly upon the work to be done. Champion delivered my dream pool! My salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He recommended several changes to my design which I am super happy with. Permitting went quick. Then my job got turned over to Chelsea. WOW. She was incredibly responsive, polite and professional. Replied to my emails within hours and always had a solution to any issue we encountered.

She was an MVP in my eyes! Also the guys who installed my pavers were top notch. Not the regular day laborers. These guys were so precise cutting crisp and beautiful edges for the travertine. Watching them work was like watching an engineering crew construct a piece of art. Thank you Champion Pools!

Just finished our pool and couldnt be happier. Other than a short delay for the decking material, everything was on time and done properly. All of the contractors were incredible, starting with the guys who dug the pool and had it framed in one day. The tile and decking guys were meticulous in their attention to detail and took pride in their work.

When I had questions, Chelsea in the office was on it or got back to me same day. When I had questions she couldnt answer, David Brams the owner got back to me within one day. Building a pool is a big deal and we are very happy we went with Champion. The look and feel have changed our whole house. Great company to deal with.

Champion completed our heated pool/spa with swim jets in February 2021 and it has performed flawlessly over the past 15 months. We have enjoyed some aspect of our "spot in paradise" almost every day since it was built. The work was performed by various teams of artisans skilled in laying patio block, marble, glass tile and plaster.

It took a long time, buy it was worth the wait. We waited because of covid. The office was lovely to deal with. They answered all of our questions no matter how many times we called. They were extremely knowledgeable and returned our calls immediately. David the owner of Champion Pools was hands on and very available to us. The Pool is gorgeous. The town inspectors were very pleased with the work at every stage of the process.

They did and redid anything I asked for. My family loved it this past weekend. They also laid 1200 ft. They also laid 1200 feet of beautiful travertine. All in all it was a great experience and we love our pool. Thank you everyone at CHAMPION POOLS

Horrible experience, here's why: The background is we signed the contract January 2021 and paid total of over $140,000. Construction went from 6/1/21 to 1/29/22. They shot our gunite in a huge forecasted rainstorm lasting over 2 hrs. At one point they were shooting gunite into water. They told us it was fine and declined to come out and assess it with us in the days after when we expressed concern it was soupy. Months later we found out there was a 1 yr warranty on the gunite shell.

While some of the subcontractors were good, several were not. For the most part, they were not supervised onsite by Champion. Sometimes Champion employees didn't know which subcontractors had been on our property and which ones would be on our property in the future. To this day, they won't tell us the name of the plaster subcontractor company. If we had a time machine we would tell our former selves (14 months ago): Don't even start design process with company until seeing a hard copy of their boiler plate contract terms and ALL warranty information.

Don't accept any vague reassurances that big homebuilders are using them and accept their not yet disclosed warranty. We should have asked how many pools they are building and how many full time employees they have in the field, (not in the office). Construction is hard, and we had nothing but respect for the workers sent by the subcontractors. They baked in the sun and bad weather doing incredibly hard work.

All we needed and asked for was some onsite supervision and project management from Champion these past 8 months of construction.disappointment doesn't even begin to explain this experience. One pic below is our spa approx 1 week after the pool was finished on 1/29/22. The other pic is from the 6ft deep end of our pool where the plaster and hydraulic cement delaminated (fell off) 1 week after the pool was finished.

The third pic was taken midway through the gunite installation. The pool sits right next to our house. This weekend they will drain 27,000 gallons to empty the pool and work on a repair for the failed plaster. It is unclear when the spa repair will be finished because Champion didn't leave us with any usable glass tile sheets for this repair. We were supposed to get 10% extra. After 8 months under construction we're starting repairs before we ever swam in the pool.

We were very fortunate to be able to build a pool during the pandemic, a difficult time for so many people. While our pool took significantly longer than we had originally anticipated given many issues and delays related to materials and people, not to mention the surge in pool demand, the Champion team did the best they could in a difficult situation.

We were able to build a direct relationship with the owner, which went a long way to relieving our concerns. He was knowledgeable and patient, explaining delays as clearly as he could. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and the final product is gorgeous!

Champion did an awesome job installing our 16x30 pool and spa. Cory designed our pool and is probably the most experienced person I have ever dealt with! Great service and professionalism after the sale as well. Very responsive and very pleased overall!

Simply the best! Had 1630 pool and spa installed. Champion Pools did a fantastic job. Have had no issues. Cory helped us design pool and I must say he is one of the most experienced guys out there. I have had numerous pools build and they do things right! Probably why they are very busy as well! Services: General construction, Installation

In the midst of trying times when house and pool construction have been exploding in south Florida, Champion came through for us with a gorgeous pool, spa and firepit. They were completed at nearly the same time as the new house we built in Palm Beach Gardens, no small feat given the scarcity of materials and workers. Always felt that we'd get the job done right. The result is beautiful. Thanks to David, Ally and Brent.

Spend more money and go with someone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF ITS FREE. We had them build a new pool and pool deck for us last year. It was a nightmare from start to end, and actually longer because we are still dealing with them for problems that need repair. Don't make the same mistake we did and use them because they are the lowest priced company that has been in business for a while(absolutely no clue how they have managed to stay open this long).

Their communication is terrible and their final product is not the quality you will be pitched. You must act as your own project manager and call them for everything or else you will be waiting days or weeks for things that should have been done much sooner. They are masters of the run around. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. When you encounter ANY problem they pass the buck to the workers they contract or just try at all cost to take no accountability for problems they are clearly responsible for.

They missed appointments regularly with no calls to inform us. The only thing they were on point with was when they needed to collect money. The owner pretends to want to help and even gives all his contact info but it is useless. He takes no accountability and looks for any reason to try and absolve his company of blame and responsibility. I have various emails of all the issues I've had with this company including back and forth with the owner about issues that still have not been resolved.

When they do come out they do everything in their power to look for reasons to blame you for the problem, even when it's very obvious the problem was created by them. It is a complete waste of time dealing with this company. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Here are just a few problems we have/had.catching their workers in lies about the permit process(I have email confirmation of this just contact me I'd be happy to show you), improperly installed deck drain(they tried something but it didn't work and now won't come back out), improperly installed deck tiles(travertine), low quality travertine tiles, terrible customer service and follow up(weeks for response to simple matters), improperly installed bubbler that they have been out twice now for the same repair (they are actually trying to blame this on us, insinuating we aren't turning it on properly.it's a valve that turns left or right).

I have a ton of emails, texts, and voice mails that confirm EVERYTHING I'm talking about feel free to contact me I'd love to share them if you're actually considering this nightmare of a company.

Overall we've had a good experience with Champion. We signed our contract in June and the project was completed in January. We ran into some hiccups along the way but I didn't have to fight with Champion to fix things, they immediately addressed any issues we had. My family has been enjoying the pool almost daily and we're very appreciative of David and his team.

I want to share my experience about Champion Pools and Spa. We decided to build a pool in 2020 since we knew the pandemic was here to stay, so we decided to extend our patio amenities. We had about 5 different companies giving us an estimate, some looked very pushy, others too expensive, others not very professional until we met Cory from Champion.

He was our designer and the first person we met to draw our pool and initiate the process. This guy was very flexible to work with, we made a few changes before the final drawing was completed and he followed all our requests very carefully. Once the drawing and final plan were completed, we were introduced to the permits and construction team. (Ana, Millie, Missy, Ally, Kelly, and Ana Maria).

They all work in synchrony trying their best to comply with their promises. Understand we signed the contract in July 2020 and due to the quarantine and the city of Pot St. Lucie's permits office working half time and away from the office this process was delayed about 3 months (normal and expected at that time) then we started digging in November 2020.

During the construction process, the office staff keeps open communications about every step to take place. They even provided us with the owner's name (David) and his direct number in case of an emergency which made us feel very comfortable. We built a 15x30 with a raised Spa and everything came out perfect. We used Travertine for our deck and glass tiles for the waterline and spa walls.

The plaster and pool filling with water were done on April 9, 2021. So from the digging in 11/2020 to 4/2021, the construction took about 5 months. We are very happy with the final product and very content we chose Champion Pools and Spa for our summer project. I will recommend this company to any people looking to build a new pool.

Champion Pools built our pool in 2017. The pool has 4 main drains in the deep in. The screws that hold in the drain covers on ALL FOUR covers rusted. Yes rusted after only 2 years. They did not use Stainless Steel screws in a pool. I called and dealt with them for months and they finally said they no longer use that drain supplier and they would only give me new screws. (Which I had to go pick up because we never received the ones they swear they mailed).

They refused to come out and fix the drains. We will now have to pay someone, drain the pool, and have someone come and drill out the rusted screws that have broken off inside the drain base. Champion pools does not make good on their defective materials.

One of their reps messed with the wiring to my pool light and afterwards my inside light switch and outside light switched stop working. I've had a dark pool for 2 months. They insist it's the builders fault even though I personally witnessed the wire tampering. They have no credibility or integrity.

I had my heavily customized pool built by Champion in 2016. It has gas heater and heat pump, custom spa, grotto waterfall with lots of rock work and a second pump, bar stools, custom spa jets, salt, bench, full automation, sun shelf, deck work, and lighting. It was also put into a small yard with limited access, so a huge challenge on all aspects.

I was very picky about the design and had a certain vision. I had 3 pool companies bid it and give me a prelim design. Champion provided me a detailed and exact 3D rendering of what it would look like and all the details. The others were a hand drawn sketch and a very simplistic design. So I knew what I was getting right from the start. They did an excellent job with the construction of the pool and were very responsive to all my questions and matters I brought during construction.

For the very few minor items during warranty they took care of quickly and efficiently. I've had one nonstop issue since it was built and that was a faulty LED lights product by Zodiac. The colors wouldn't hold. They were replaced so many times I lost count. Now, over 1 year out of warranty, after getting no satisfaction from the manufacturer, I advised the company owner David of my issue and he went right to his rep who then installed at no cost their brand new replacements for that faulty model.

I was totally expecting to be blown off after warranty, but they stood right by it. I was most impressed by that. Champion builds a quality product, it was well worth it and my experience shows me they stand behind it. Even when I had the final permit inspections done the inspector asked who built the pool and when I said Champion, he pretty much finished up and walked away saying they build great quality pools. I would definitely have another pool built by Champion Pools.

Champion Pools is probably the worst pool company in South Florida. They do not stand by their work, and provide you with the cheapest equipment and Materials they can find. That is why we have had nothing but issues with our pool. From major leaks in less than 3 years, 2 pool pumps both went and come to find out we should of only had one but they used old outdated pumps on our pool.

The travertine has sunk in several places, and they did a horsesh*t job on the surfacing of our pool as we should not have white marks all over the bottom and side walls. If you try to call them to see if they can help repair the issues they dont call you back, or just say well it's out of warranty. David Bram and this company are just looking to collect your money, and RIP you off.

As I said above they definitely don't stand by their craftsmanship and the quality of the end result couldnt be any more terrible. Stay clear and find a company that cares about the customer and their product even after the check has cashed.

We did a major home renovation and Champion Pools were by far the WORST sub contractor we used. The owner David Brams was rude and combative. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. Choose someone else!
