We just completed our inground vinyl pool with Central / Puraqua and it is rare in this day and age to say that we could not be happier or more impressed with the quality, responsiveness, and communication that Justin and their entire team provided in building our backyard oasis. This was all in the midst of the Covid pandemic, where almost every service oriented company was underdelivering and making excuses - Justin, personally, and their entire crew did just the opposite, from start to finish.
All communication was proactive and clear, with detailed follow up - we are (self-admittedly) pretty meticulous and demanding, and no questions or requests were too much or too minor for them. In addition, we had a pretty tricky site, which required a sewer line relocation, quite a bit of grading and re-contouring, and during the latter stages of excavation, we hit bedrock and they were more than up for the challenge and completed the work as cost effectively as possible.
They explained everything in detail and in a logical and understandable way. We could not recommend them more highly. Our 10 year old daughter and her friends have already had a few pool parties and the smiles and laughs and fun have already confirmed that every dollar was more than worth it. We already love our pool paradise and we can't say thank you enough to Justin and the entire crew and organization at Central / Puraqua. if you become a customer you will be in great hands!

Justin and everyone we have interacted with at Central Pools are professional, timely, responsive, knowledgeable, and above all really good people. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Timing and budget were accurate, which is no small feat in the current construction climate. After getting bids from several other pool companies for a complete build and patio project the easy choice was central. The reason by far was Justin who not only assisted with the design, served as the on site general contractor but also was easily accessible start to finish. We had a rather complex location for a pool and he was able to navigate the complexities no problem at all. Very thankful to Justin and the team. Highly Recommend!

I have been so impressed with Central Pools! Justin was amazing to work with and had great vision for my property. Everything was exceptional, from the digging of the pool to laying the pavers, to installing the pool equipment! Justin was super responsive and extremely patient throughout the whole process, and Gerardo was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking to install a pool! You won't be disappointed!

My wife and I selected Central Pools to install a kidney shaped in-ground pool in our backyard this summer and we love it. From start to finish, Justin and his experienced team were honest, punctual and knowledgeable hard workers. Justin was informative during every phase, letting us know what to expect and would return our phone calls within minutes to answer our questions and concerns.

Central Pools completed our in-ground pool project this past summer and our family couldn't be happier! Our whole experience from the initial meetings with Justin to go over design options, to the install process was amazing. Central Pools was easy to communicate with, honest about expectations, and walked us through each step of the install process. Justin, Gerardo and the entire crew always arrived on time, were polite, worked hard, and left the job site nice and neat. We are so thrilled about how beautiful the pool came out and are glad we went with Central Pools!

From start to finish the Central Pool's team provided exceptional service. Justin's knowledge, professionalism, and honesty was evident from the first time we met him as he outlined every step of the process and options we had available. Justin and his team at Central Pools installed a beautiful in ground gunite pool for us this summer, and it is amazing! We had several contractors come to assess the site for installation and pricing, and right away Justin had a game plan that made sense (our site was tricky due to a high water table). He gave us a realistic time frame, a competitive price, and some excellent ideas for the installation that made the finished product even better than we anticipated!
When it came time for construction, the crew was there as promised. In fact the ONLY delay we had was rain related as we had such a wet summer! As construction progressed through it's various phases, the crews were just as awesome as Justin. Ken, Gerardo, Sergio, Mike, and others were super helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and friendly. They were also very respectful of the property, neighbors, and always cleaned up at the end of the day.
The expectations that Justin set for us were realistic, and every bit of scheduling went as planned (except for the rain delay of one or two days I mentioned). I am in the service business and truly know how lucky we were to choose Central Pools to install and now service our beautiful new swimming pool! We highly recommend them!
