This company builds AMAZING POOLS! This is our second pool built by Cascade and we wouldn't build with anyone else! Brandon designed both our pools for our needs and wants. They have the most updated technology with lights and salt water filtration. Very easy to work with. We highly recommend Cascade Pools to all our friends and family. If you want a beautiful high quality pool, Cascade Pools is the cutest company you want! Cascade Pools & Spa did a great job on our pool and spa. I can be a tough customer because I am a business owner and a creative professional as well as a perfectionist.

I have had a problem with the pool since it was completed. I have tried to get them out to work on it for a year now and they make excuses. They say we do not have anyone right now. Brandon was supposed to call me and for the last 4 weeks has not called me as his wife said she would have him call. I have texted with Tricia to try and get someone to look at the pool.
I sent a video of what was wrong and that is when she said she would have Brandon call. Very and customer service. Very hard to get a hold of when there is a problem. They just want to take your money and run. DO NOT USE THEM!
