Say they have something, sells u that something, turns out what u bought wasn't what was asked for and what they said they had. Ended up not bothering going through the trouble, atleast what they sold me worked, just not in the way it was advertised or wanted. The staff did try their best to find something that worked as specified, but turned out they just didn't have what they thought they had.

I had to replace a pool cover that came with the purchase of the house. The ropes had been cut and the whole system sat unused for over 5 years. It had to be completely replaced. Carefree pools & Spas did an excellent job. They went above and beyond. The poor installer had to work on an extremely hot day and worked extra hours once he found a bigger issue than what we had originally thought. He did not leave until he knew it was completed and done right. I love the system and the quality. I highly recommend Carefree pools & spa.

Our pool is nearly completed and I would recommend Carefree Pools to anyone without any reservation. It has been a thoroughly professional and friendly experience. We first approached Carefree Pools about 5 years ago at the earliest stage of considering a pool due to their reputation and experience. They patiently stuck with us, and when we were ready, they came up with a flawless design: siting, dimensions, decking and all the technical considerations were handled with ease.
We had several engineering issues which they handled with our complete confidence. I am very indecisive and they always listened to my concerns and offered options. I fussed over the color of the coping stones ad nauseam and they went to great lengths to obtain exactly what I wanted. I also held up progress for weeks stressing over the size of the decking, Never did they pressure me to settle - instead they patiently laid out a plan that satisfied every concern and looks lovely. (Never did they say "we suggested this months ago" but, actually, I think they had) Building a pool merits serious forethought on the part of the homeowner. Mike McClure of Carefree Pools guided us through this process -- clearly explaining every step and decision with the ease of an extremely experienced professional. Josh Petersen rapidly responded to every question along the way making the whole process efficient, with zero "surprises" or unanticipated costs.

This business is wonderful. I cannot say enough about them. Every person I interacted with was professional, had expert knowledge and was friendly. They got right back to me in response to my inquiry and had my swim spa up and running again with a new pump motor within the week. They took time to answer all my questions, and I had many. They explained everything I needed to know and even reassured me that there was a one year warranty they would follow through with, if anything went wrong with the product they installed.
They have been in business for a long time, know the quality of their product, and stand by their work. I am 100 percent satisfied and can recommend them above all others in the area. I had Mike from Carefree Pools quote my job via email and text. He and his crew came out to chip and resurface my pool using a pebble finish ( recommended by Mike) they were prompt and expedient and the finished product is beautiful. I and my family have enjoyed having our new pool (redone) to swim in again. The company is fair and the crews operate quickly and efficiently, they are clean and make sure you are happy with the results. I highly recommend Carefree Pools to anyone needing a pool worked on. Mike was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and helpful in getting our old spa updated and up in running. Jim's service was also top notch. Always communicating and doing exactly what he said he would do. Working with Carefree Pools was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone with pool/spa needs.

Carefree is great. They installed our 50,000 gallon pool in 2007 and have been taking care of it ever since. Rory, Kenny, Matt, and Mike are super helpful. The other day, a cow somehow got into our yard and decided to take a little dip through the cover of the pool. Rory had Kenny come out and replace the cover, and it's now safe once again. The cow is doing just fine too! Thanks guys for all the years of great service, and the perfectly built pool. The 20 nieces and nephews thank you too.
