Services
Cape Cod Aquatics was founded by Jim and Michele Treese in 2002, and has been growing ever since. Jim and Michele built the business based on quality work and great customer service. They understand the importance in purchasing a large item such as a Hot Tub for your family and home, and they work hard to earn your business and your confidence.
Jacuzzi hot tubs, the coolest name in hydrotherapy since 1956 is still hot today. Technology started the industry, with the Jacuzzi brothers' invention of the first submersible hydrotherapy pump. In the early 1970s, Jacuzzi launched an industry with the first self-contained jetted hot tub. Jacuzzi continues to lead the whirlpool bath and spa/hot tub industry with hydro-technology solutions designed to make you feel good.
Competitors added dozens of jets, TV systems, mister, fountain displays and every other non-therapeutic gadget they could think of, Nordic focused on being the best they could be, improve overall quality, while keeping it simple. As manufacturers raced to add size, power and jet count, Nordic developed the DTS Turbo System, providing Training Room whirlpool Therapy right in your own backyard.
What are your electrical limitations? There are 110v 20 amp models and 220v 40 to 60 amp models. Some smaller models are convertible and can run either way, most larger models are 220v only and cost more. 220v requires an electrician to hardwire the hot tub with an outdoor GFCI box and a dedicated breaker.

Not very responsive and frustrating. I have been looking to purchase a hot tub for my inn and have been in contact with these people for a few months. Once the inventory became available, I had to coordinate with the local board of health, my contractor and my electrician to put the tub in. These folks have not made things any easier. You would think they would be more responsive given I was purchasing a 11K tub.

I had a question about a part on the tub that the board of health had brought up. I had to follow-up twice just to get a simple answer. When I was ready to order, I called to speak with the retail store. The woman took down my information and said she would call me back in a few minutes after she 'processed' the order (whatever that meant). I waited the entire afternoon and no call.

Left a message and still no call. All she needed to do was take my credit card information and schedule the delivery; not build a rocket to rival SpaceX. Not sure why there needs to be so much back and forth. This makes me nervous because I wonder how they would respond to a service call if I needed one. Not to mention I would have to start the process all over again with another model at another store - having to get approval from the board of health for the other model.

Very disappointing and frustrating. Reply to the Response: I first contacted you in February. I'm not sure what the excuse was then. If you couldn't or didn't want to sell me an item, it would have been courteous to have told me then so I'm not left running around two weeks before Memorial Day looking for a tub after having spent two months coordinating with the Board of Health, electrician and contractor. After having read your reviews, I wouldn't feel comfortable purchasing anything from you anyway. Best of luck to your business.

Fantastic Service. They came out much quicker than expected- repaired a broken hot tub cover bracket and sent photos every step of the way! Peace of mind and high quality repairs. Bought this used tub from them four years ago and we are extremely happy! Really no issues. Thank You Jim! Jamie and Miranda are awesome!

I made an appointment for winterizing my hot tub. I spoke with Miranda, the service manager. I was told to call back in a few weeks and I fully expected that this was taken care of. When I called a few weeks later, it was confirmed that I was on the schedule. I gave my personal details and left my credit card information. A few minutes later the owner called me back and told me they don't take new clients. No discussion whatsoever. He was rude and unapologetic. Now I am left scrambling to find another company that can perform the work before I leave for Florida.

The owners of CCA took what could have been a very bad situation and went to bat with Jacuzzi and made it a great one! Thank you to both you for your help and for fighting for the small guy. Great place for your next hot tub!

Our hot tub was originally purchased from Cape Cod Aquatics by the previous owner of our home. We have continued to have them maintenance it for almost 6 years now. Yes, there is usually a wait for spring set up and winter shut down, but that is to be expected. Of course, everyone wants it done around the same time. We have been very happy with their service and communication.

Everyone we have met is knowledgeable and helpful. And, when it's time for a new one, we will get it from them. For now, they keep helping us make this one last by keeping it properly maintained. Thanks guys!

We bought our amazing tub in may. It is like owning a gratitude machine! My husband and I use it every single day. we slip in after a long stressful day, (husband climbs trees and I'm an attorney. we def need unwinding time) and we are just filled with peace and gratitude. Jim and his hard working son delivered our tub, completely set us up (we were hot tub newbies) showed us how everything worked, and hooked me up with the treatment and test strips, then came back in August when we bought a new house and hauled it out and delivered it to the new house. again, totally setting us up. Buying from a local company was the way to go! Jim has always been available to answer all my questions and I could not be happier!

I would give 1000 stars if google would let me! 11/2019 over 2 years: update: we have run our tub year round, the first winter we shut it down because we worried about power outage, Jim totally took care of us. this past winter we kept it running. save for one small repair this hot tub has earned more than it cost! Super happy still

We've had these folks close our hot tub in the fall and open it again in the spring for a few years now. Each time they came to open it, there always seemed to be some issue. This last time, when they came, late as usual, they failed to fix it. They claimed they needed a part (which they said had at the shop) and would be back in about a week. When I called to find out what was wrong and why it would take so long to get back, instead of a call back with some answers, I got a call from their "service manager" indicating that they were going to "terminate the relationship because we were rude and demanding".

Now if "rude" means asking for some answers and if "demanding" means asking them to do what they promised to do - then yes we are rude and demanding. My take is that they came, broke the hot tub, realized that they couldn't fix it and then decided to try to shift the blame to us. We paid (too much frankly) to have them close the tub each fall with the understanding that if they opened it again in the spring, if there is a problem they'd fix it.

Now they are blowing us off (with a broken hot tub) having failed to meet their commitment - WOW talk about a very, very unprofessional company. So if you are looking for a belligerent, expensive, apparently incompetent organization (after all they failed to fix the hot tub and may have done more damage to it) delivered with overblown attitude, these are the guys for you - just be aware!

Cape Cod Aquatics has been amazing to us over the years! We first started using them with our old hot tub, that they were able to keep alive for a few extra years. 4 years ago we bought a new hot from them and they couldn't have been more professional about removing the old tub and delivery and set up of the new one. just recently we needed a new cover and they were professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Have had nothing but good experiences with this company. Steered me in the right direction for a tub that not only was simple and very reliable but also met our needs perfectly. I've had one service visit since purchase and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally.

We bought our jacuzzi five years ago approximately. Jim was helpful and informative as was Michele. Past August we had an issue. Sent someone immediately. The repair guy was great, very professional and knew his product. All is fixed and tub is running great this bitter cold winter. I would recommend this company. Thank you.

Avoid Jacuzzi hot tubs and Cape Cod Aquatics. Paid close to $10,000 for a hot tub in April, and it is still not working properly. And.i get charged for them to try to fix it. The whole experience has been bad from start to finish. Defective tub, and a dealer that is too annoyed to fix it. I truly regret my purchase of this tub and my selection of this dealer.

This company is very unprofessional. Dealing with the owner is very difficult because he gets emotional and hyper if you try to ask him any questions. We spent over $800 to replace a part and when it was not working properly afterwards the owner, Jim offered no resolution. When I asked him if he's sure the part was not defective in any way he literally had a melt down and became verbally abusive telling me I'm annoying. Best to avoid this company!

Their service guy told me I needed a new tub, that my spa was too old and difficult to repair. I replaced a wire into its attachment myself, and the tub worked fine. The service guy is either untruthful or incompetent. Think twice.

These guys are awesome. Professional, responsive and detail-oriented. Was having issues with an old hot tub/spa showing incorrect temperature readings. They swapped out the temperature sensor, and when the new part turned out to be defective, returned to change it out again at no cost. Highly recommended!

Bought the cottage ohhhh a few years ago. One of those project type homes that starts out with well maybe it just needs a few new planks in the deck and some paint. Oh no, one new roof and siding, new deck, kitchen, apartment and then there is the hot tub. The cottage came with this massive octagonal 80's type disco burnt orange deeper than Pleasant Bay hot tub.

A hot tub that 16 could enjoy and you wouldn't talk to the same person twice if you went in for an evening dip. A hot tub that meant a heater 100' away that constantly ran so much it burned out twice and raised the electric bill to a level that you might think my mortgage payment came in the mail. So I contact Jim at Cape Cod Aquatics.my tub guro, the bromine don, the master of foam the captain of relaxation. "You need a new tub" he answers.

For what you are paying in electric bills."ok let's get'er done." So the Jacuzzi arrives by air it seems. Little did I know that a crane was necessary to lift it from the marina parking lot over the oak trees; across our beautiful view; over the glass railing; and right into place neatly on the deck.or in it. Expert advice; incredible installation and an electic bill that N Star has to be wondering.what happened?

This 6 person or I think I have witnessed 10 adults tub is perfect; simple to operate; cheap to run and did I say it operates year-round? I like it at 98; Molly likes it at 102 (too freakin' hot); Liz will not go in; and Kate loves it but I catch her rinsing her feet if she's been to the beach. Most of Nauset is on the bottom. So if hot tubs are your thing.see Jim at CC Aquatics and relax let the don of tubs work his magic.
