Steel walls - The steel wall pool panel is made of corrosion resistant steel, and is also complete with braces and support ribs for lasting durability. Polymer walls - The polymer wall panel, composed of a heavy-duty and durable plastic, is completely non-corrosive, as strong as steel and made to withstand the elements.
Many homeowners worry about how the construction process will affect their homes and their lives. To ease your mind, we've assembled a step-by-step outline to help you know what to expect. Excavation for a vinyl-lined pool is a job for an experienced backhoe operator. Normally, the side excavation is approximately two feet beyond the finished pool perimeter to allow for assembly and a concrete footing to be installed. The second step includes assembly of the steel panels and stairs, coping receptor, skimmer and inlets, as well as suction and return plumbing.

A day ago BUYER BEWARE! PAY MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE! SAVING A LITTLE BIT OF MONEY IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND AWFUL SERVICE! AVOID AT ALL COST) 0 STARS We have never been treated so horribly by a company, I honestly do not know how they are still in business. We purchased a beautiful pool, liner, light, covers, etc, and paid for the install, they were nice during the buying phase- then it went all down hill.

They had to keep changing everything from the pool to the liner, to the heater-- after we paid in full. Promised it would be installed by the end of May- second week of June the latest. It was installed in July, and when you call to inquire, they tell you that your twice a week call is harassment. NO JOKE They kept telling us, you're next or they have to wait on the installer.

We were able to obtain the installer's number and messaged him directly(MATT HOWELL). After getting the run around for a week or two, I was frustrated and texted him how I found it very unprofessional. Matt called me (my 10yr old daughter in the car) and preceded to scream at me to shove my pool up my a**, and went on a yelling/cursing rampage- on speaker phone.

When I spoke with Alexa and Marie the next day, I was told that we had to let Matt install, they had no other installers! Or to wait until next year. We were forced to have a man who threatened, screamed, and cursed at me to come to my home. I asked to speak to the owner ED Simons, I have yet to hear from him. Today we ventured to pick up our winter cover and light that we never received, and chemicals to close the pool. Marie tried to tell us that we never paid for the liner, but they'd give it to us for a discount.

We informed her she was mistaken- we paid in full and they even had to refund us money previously as a result of all the changes they had to make to our order(we over paid by 800). Marie then became very ignorant and vial- but also stating that she was on our side during this awful process. Really I said, your company forced us to have a guy who screams and yells at me in my home!

They never offered anything but sorry he's all we got. She then started name calling, cursing, and basically telling us we were awful people- IN THE STORE! Awful people? Why for coming to get what we already paid for and were in agreement to get. If we owed money for the winter cover- why did they give me money back a month earlier for overpaying?

I again said I wanted the owner to call me, Marie proceeded to yell that I'd never talk to him! The other worker, who was calm and helpful, checked us out and gave the cover to us. We leave and she actually comes to the window and gives us the finger! (TRUTH)So customer friendly right After we pulled out and left, we realized that we did not have the light with us and had return to get it.(We live over 30 minutes away) I walk in alone, I could hear her(Marie) yelling from the second I opened the door- even though she was outside in the back.

I saw the light on the counter and picked it up and walked toward the back to let them know we returned to get it. I listened for a minute while she called us a bunch of names, insinuating the issue was us not having money, and lots of nice foul adjectives/adverbs describing us. The man she was yelling at noticed me standing there, then she did, and she came running over to me and started screaming in my face-(AGAIN ALL IN THE STORE).

I said i just wanted to let you know we forgot our light and I did not want to walk out with it without telling someone first. I was hoping to see the nice worker. She came an inch from my face and yelled that I couldn't have it. I said it is paid for, you just gave it to us, we left it. Marie then tried to take it out of my hands and I advised her not to touch me.

She proceeded to scream in my face using very colorful language- finally the worker who just checked us out told her to stop and told me it was OK to take it. I honestly do not know how they are still in business or how Marie is allowed to speak to customers how she does. WORST SERVICE EVER- DO NOT RECOMMEND

All depends on who is there. Went one day last year and literally waited 10 mins while 3 associates talked. I then muttered something and began to leave. When asked if I needed help I said I did 10 mins ago now I'm going to Leslie's

B.Y. pools were highly recommended to me for our new Spa needs. I went in knowing nothing. Left feeling pretty confident that I had correct products and know what to do to keep the water in the spa healthy. Alexis is wonderful!

The service when you're purchasing something is excellent. Once you've purchased something, I've had to call several times to get any answers. I called 6 times over a 3 week period the first time when my spa wasn't working, now when I want to GIVE THEM MORE MONEY, I've called three times, still to no avail.
