I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate Bullfrog Pool Service. They maintain a sophisticated pool and spa system and one of our high end vacation rental homes at Wrightsville Beach. Will, Melissa, Howard and Vincent always bend over backwards to keep our pool running in tip top shape and our guests happy! Professional, responsive and nice!

Twice in the past I have attempted to do business with Bullfrog. I've tried calling and using their online messaging system. Neither time did I ever hear back from anyone, even when leaving a message on their "emergency" voicemail box. I'm not sure if they're too busy and understaffed or if they just don't care to gain new business. Either way, if you attempt to contact them, don't expect them to get back to you.

We have used Bullfrog Pool Service for many years. We are very pleased with their service. They are always on schedule for weekly cleaning and monitoring of our pool. They are, also, very helpful if we need to change the time or date of our service for swim classes, parties, guests etc. We definitely recommend Bullfrog Pool Service to anyone needing a knowledgeable company that can be trusted to do their work with excellence.
