My husband and I are both so pleased with the outstanding service provided by Brian and Blue Lagoon Pools. He is a man of his word and that means so much to us. He takes pride in each job and is on site to see that the job was done well and we were satisfied. Our pool and the associated equipment were in dire need of updating. The tiles were falling off the walls, and the plaster was quite degraded. We had several companies including Blue Lagoon look at the pool, and issue proposals. Even though Blue Lagoon was not the least expensive of the group, we chose them over the others. Why? Brian, (the owner) was very receptive to our thoughts and ideas.
He listened, before giving advice, and proposed ways to save money. His proposals were very professional, and clear. The crews arrived on schedule. I have experience with tile and cement work, so I was on the alert for "shortcuts". Very happy to say there were none! The process of rebuilding the pool took about a week (Considerably longer than last time, and not a bad thing!) The crews allowed ample time between the steps for curing, were professional, thorough, and fully cleaned up after themselves.
After the pool was refilled, Blue Lagoon came out several times during the first week or so to brush where needed and monitor the chemistry. We chose glazed tile, to complement the Sand colored StoneScapes pebble finish. The pool is stunning! Looks like the Emerald coast in Florida. Overall, we are very happy with the product, and the professionalism of Blue Lagoon Pools, would enthusiastically endorse them.
