It's a huge store and an amazing amazing staff. We bought our sand pool pump there!

Bob was the technician who diagnosed and replaced our pool pump. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He quickly completed the pump replacement/install and provided excellent teaching and training information to me that made me a more informed pool owner. I will recommend Bob and blue Hawaiian to every pool owner I know.

They were quick to get our new pump installed this summer so we could enjoy our pool. We will also be using them for a new liner install in the spring. Service: Pump repairs & installation

After having a horrible experience with another company to be able to call on Monday, and have the issue addressed by Wednesday was amazing! They also communicated that they were on the way and when they were done!!

Have only had communication about pool installation quotes. Was ask to give address for a site visit, and quote. Gave the address, and was asked to come to the store location instead. Not a good start for an accurate quote. Not sure i will be moving forward with them.

Mike came out to help us with our pump that wouldn't start when we opened our pool. Took him 5 minutes to get it going. Love that he tried the simple fix first instead of going right to repairs or full replacement which could have cost us tons of money. He was so nice, super friendly and even took time to answer our questions (we are new pool owners). We will definitely be using Mike and this company to close our pool in the fall. Thank you so much Mike!

We have been nothing but pleased with our experience with Blue Hawaiian Pools. Before we began the process, we had an idea of what we wanted as far as design of the pool and surrounding decking. Johnny created plans to fit exactly what we wanted, and the crew worked so well to make the building process efficient. Everything has been perfect. We are still impressed with the quality 5 years later, and we recommend Blue Hawaiian to everyone!

Best in the business! Always helpful and knows so much about pools! My pool is 23 years old and never ever had any trouble! The staff is so knowledgeable and opens and closes my pool to perfection!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! We signed our contract with Hunter around the end of February and he was super helpful!! He came to the house and we discussed location and all options and he gave me tons of info. Once we got everything picked out he told us it would probably be around Memorial Day before they would break ground! Well they were unloading equipment at 8:30 am on April 28th and they had a water hose in it filling it 2:30 pm the following day. Kids were able to swim in it ( too cold for me) within a couple of weeks!!!!!!!

I have had lots of questions and concerns and they have taken every phone call with a smile and patience. Anything that was a legitimate concern they addressed and fixed immediately. Everyone we have encountered at Blue Hawaiian from our first contact with Hunter, to all of the installers, electricians, concrete guys and the gang in the store have been amazing!!! If you are considering a pool these are the people you want installing it!!!

I was pleasantly shocked by the honesty of the pool maintenance dude from Blue Hawaiian.I had to open FB account today just to comment. We had issues with our 18 yr old pool heater last year and I was sure it had to be replaced with new $5000 plus unit. Called and scheduled maintenance to get estimate for disposal and replacement. Instead he came back with a $20 (!!) bill for some leaky part that he re[placed and had the heater running fine in no time.The company and staff obviously value their customers and in this instance,they demonstrated the highest form of integrity Deeply appreciate the honesty of the company-5 stars!!

This place is the absolute worst to work with. Had a service call
March 12, 2020. Paid the technician $95.00 on the spot before he left and I even tipped him for a good job. He brings check back to their office and they deposit check. They proceed to keep billing me for an “unpaid” service call. I telephone their showroom and speak to the manager.

He assures me it’s taken care of. Two weeks go by and I get another invoice in the mail this time telling me I am 30 days past due. I called them again and tell them check their records I have paid for this immediately and they deposited the check. I mail them a copy of the check and copy of the invoice asking them to please stop billing me. Another 30 days goes by now they are putting finance charges as well as declaring me to be 60 days overdue.

I finally make a visit to the show room and bring with me a copy of the canceled check and their invoice. I am given a song and a dance from the two women that work there. They swear to me that I am mistaken I’ve never mailed them back the copies of the canceled checks. They finally blame the poor technician and said that he put it in the cash register under the wrong account for their accounting system. Stay away from these incompetent fools. We won’t ever use them again. Rude, arrogant and just not worth the trouble to do business with.

Went in to get water tested and purchase a liner for 20x40 pool. After getting water tested ( fyi the girl acted like I was clueless about maintaining a pool that we have had for 25 years). Went over and got with my wife and daughter looking at samples. After waiting there with only 1 other person in store for 30 minutes no one came and asked anything.

We were serious about getting the new liner. Anyways, we left. Went to a store down the street and was greeted and helped almost immediately. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. We found one we liked and signed the paperwork for about $4,500 and left with a 4 week timeline. Reminds me of the movie "Pretty Woman" where Julia Roberts is looking in a store and and was snubbed.

She shows them what she had bought and said "big mistake" and walked out. It used not be that way when we dealt with "Big John" the dad who owned it at the time. I usually dont give bad reviews, but I was actually shocked since John put our pool in 25 or so years ago and have always had helpful courteous service.

Johnny and All the staff want your business and show you when you first call or walk in the door. I was impressed that Johnny knew all his customers by their first name and had them in his phone. He took us around town and showed us several pools he had put in. All the homeowners welcomed Johnny and us and had nothing but great things to say about their experience also.
