Beauty Pools

Used them for years, and they had been reliable until the last few years. Company has become miserable to deal with. I'm not sure if under new management, but they contact out the work to lazy and incompetent contractors who had 2 no shows until the third time they messed up the pool covers when closing the pool, had to call and complain to have another crew come out and fix their mistake and they threw the equipment and lawn chairs all over the lawn and left it there.

Left the thermometer in the pool over winter and broke it. Over priced service and can't do the job correctly with a really bad attitude. Look anywhere else for pool openings and closings.

The owner contacted me regarding a serious difference of opinion regarding their service. We hashed it out, he took responsibility for some items, I apologized for initially posting a bad review. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality I have nothing but issues with this company, from miss quotes of thousands of dollars, staff coming to my house without permission and them helping themselves to my gated back yard. Booked an opening one year in advance for a no show no call to be told today that I am going on a list and maybe before Memorial Day.

Worst worst worst customer service, manager rude doesn't even get back to voicemails, they don't even try to show that they care that they didn't do a good job and that they are soooo rude, Missed appointments with no calls or apologies, missed my pool opening and no call or apologies. They don't even try to fix their mistakes, One of the worst experiences ever. I totally don't recommend them to even my worst enemy. Sorry I used them in the first place. Rudest service ever

Construction was supposed to take place early spring. After many phone calls to Bob our sales person and the office, text messages and emails as well, Bob finally got back to us and told us it would be the second week of June. After that past we had put in many more phone calls, text messages and calls to the office with no one response. I had a talk with a manager and also Jay and said that Bob would call the next day. Bob called and said we would have an answer come Tuesday July 6th and I told him I would hold him to that.

As expected, no call and unable to get a hold of Bob as always. We had originally planned to have my sons 8th grade graduation at our home enjoying the pool. At this point we have no idea if they just took our deposit and are shutting their doors. I suggest you go with someone else if you're looking for a pool, you will be extremely frustrated and they don't care if you are.

Seriously? Pool not vacuumed and it's beyond gross and disgusting. Wish I could award negative stars. In previous years the pool was swimmable on the day it was opened

I had to come here a couple of times in the last few months for some salt and chemicals for the indoor pool at the hotel I work at. The staff, although always busy with something, is very friendly and helpful with carrying those heavy containers once it is your turn to be waited on. I have also listened in to some advice the staff has given other pool owners regarding products and maintenance, and they do sound pretty knowledgeable. I would recommend them for your pool needs, based on the customer service alone.

My pool was opened a week ago (5/18/20) noticed shortly after the service people left that the pool heater was not working. Called and spoke to Karen, she told me she would put a work order in, but couldn't give me a time frame for repair as " they are very busy". I've been a nurse for 33 years, can you imagine me telling a patient " I don't know when I'll get to you- I'm very busy". My husband has now been on the phone for and a half, he was caller # 4 when he first dialed in. Really, they've answered 2 calls in an hour and a half? The worst

Our Beauty Pool just got finished and I cannot say enough positive about the entire process of our pool being installed. The whole process was made very easy due to the great communication from all parts of the company. From Bob in Sales, Matt on the Site, Jay in service and Pat in the office, they were all a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended

Our experience with Beauty Pools was absolutely the worst experience I had with any company. We were purchasing a home with a pool. Beauty Pools opened the pool for the previous owner with us in attendance. They said everything was great except for some minor problems. We later got a copy of a voice mail where the service manager says he totally lied to help the person sell the house.

When Beauty Pools was confronted they said they are not responsible. With such blatant lies regarding the condition of the pool it is the worst case of a business speaking honestly and openly. I wouldn't trust them working on any pool and count on their word. We will share the voice mail with anyone who would like to hear it I would rate it zero stars but not possible

To be fair, I gave them two stars as they did answer the phone and they did talk to me. But it was one of the most bizarre service experiences ever. I called to talk about getting my pool renovated. I nice pool. Nice neighborhood. In all likelihood an significant 5-figure project. I called this summer hoping to get something going for next year. They gave me someone 'in the back who handles that'.

She confirmed they do restore pools. She said they might be interested, and I would have to send them some pictures. Here is the bizarre part: In order for me to send them pictures of my current pool, to have them assess if they would do it, I had to open and account with them. To open and account with them, I had to give them a credit card! No visit.

No 'free' assessment of a picture on email. I had to become an account holder with them and secure it with a credit card. OK. I bit. Gave them my card. Sent pics. No call. No follow up. No nothing. Very odd. Moved on. Got an appointment with Leisure Pools on a single phone call. As luck would have it, I inadvertently misplaced my card and had it replaced. Done with Beauty Pools!

Beauty Pools just finished our install and the pool and their service couldn't have been better. Despite all the weather issues we have had, they have always been very accommodating and really worked hard to give us an amazing pool. Pat (in the office), Matt and Bill (in the field) always made themselves available if we had any questions and more than exceeded our expectations when it came to service and install. We are so thankful we chose them to install our pool and would highly recommend Beauty to anyone.

We have used beauty pool for many many years (20-plus). They open and close our pool and take care of things repairs to the equipment as they come up. I like that they have many of the same service guys come to our house to open and close and do repairs as they are familiar with our pool. Derrick and Tony have serviced our pool many times - they do a great job.

We have a large (20 x 34) gunite pool that was put in during the mid 1970s. Recently (May 2018) we purchased a new pump and converted our pool to salt. I worked with Jay (service manager). He was very knowledgeable and helped me as I decided to switch my pool to salt. I was surprised how simple it was to convert to salt. Jay and the service people came out quickly and put in our new pump and the salt system within a week.

As it turned out we needed additional electrical work in order to put in our new equipment. I was very happy that they did not charge me additional money for the extra electric work. They honored their initial quote. We are happy with their service and will continue to use them.

This is my family's 3rd Beauty Pool in two generations! We came up with a design and Bob & Beauty Pools brought it to life far exceeding our expectations. We also had a very tight timetable due to a vacation. And they got it done ON TIME! And even watched over it while we were on vacation. Every single crew that worked on our pool were courteous, respectful and extremely friendly & helpful anytime I had a question. Could not be happier! Would never use anyone else! George Ziemer, Jr.

Beauty Pools performed a major renovation to my 35 year old gunite pool; replacing the plaster, tile, plumbing and installing a heater with a salt generator. It was huge effort and John along with his team did a great job. My family is extremely happy with the results and we'll definitely continue to use them for all of our pool needs.

Beauty Pools installed our pool in the summer of 2017. A rainy summer slowed the process which was no fault of BP. All phases of work on the pool from planning and excavation to plastering was done efficiently and professionally. Our pool includes a sun shelf, a seat, swim-out and umbrella stands. (A future water feature will be installed by us.) Pool also has cleaning sprinklers, a swim deck and LED lighting in various colors.

These features are outstanding when days are spent by the pool with our grandchildren. From start to finish, this company was very responsive to our needs and concerns. We couldn't be happier!
