I called to set up a service on Thursday and they set up a service call for the following Wednesday. The techs came out on time and cleaned my salt cell. They gave me advice on balancing the pool water. My call was a fairly ordinary service call; I am not sure if we could have gotten quicker service if this were an emergency.

We have had technician Branden to fix our pool problem twice. He is knowledgeable for what he is doing and take the time to answer our questions. Definitely will use Patio pools again.

Of course, our pump motor quits just as pool season begins. And we had to call for service just as the holiday weekend is about to start! We were amazed to be scheduled the following morning after the holiday. Mike was her bright and early, diagnosed the problem, went out for parts, returned and installed them before 1pm. He was kind enough to give us a thorough education on maintaining things, more than we've known in decades. Thank you!

Dorree Ruiz is fantastic, she helped me get through a billing snafu with the bank and all went well. Andrew Bohme has also been very patient and helpful with the final sale and delivery of our hot tub.

Rubin had to come out twice to work on the spa. He found the source of the problem where nobody else could. He was frustrated at times but kept on until it was fixed! Will definitely use your services again if we have any problems done the road.

Ruben was both polite and professional. Completed the pool pump installation quickly. Explained all the functions and how to operate the new pump. Only issue is the price.

The office service staff at Poolwerx couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. My Service Tech Darren is extremely knowledgeable and did an outstanding job installing my new pool pump! The entire team was above and beyond. Excellent service. I would highly recommend Patio Pools & Poolwerx!

The technician was in phone contact with me regarding his schedule. He called when he was close to arrival. He was very efficient in doing his job. I would recommend patio pools to anyone at any time. My concerns were addressed.

Every once in a while our pool needs a tweak or an O-ring. A phone call to Patio pool and Melissa or Josh are "on it". Great customer service because of these two people. Melissa is very helpful and Josh explains the pools operation/function so that I can understand it. Thank you.

Amazing customer service! My husband and I had an issue with automatic pool vacuum we purchased from Patio Pools about 9 months ago. When we took it into the Oracle and Magee location Dan was extremely helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue, confirm that the part was under warranty, and order the part for us through the manufacturer. He kept in constant communication with us about the shipping status of our part.

When it arrived, Dan realized that there were more issues with the vacuum than originally thought, so he followed up and figured out how to fix everything on his own. Dan's excellent communication and determination to help us was incredible. We are very thankful that he put in the extra effort to make sure that everything was in working order. We are very appreciative and we highly recommend Patio Pools. Thank you Dan!

We purchased a spa from Patio Pools & Spas, and were very disappointed with the installation. The lift for the cover could not be installed upon delivery since the cover was not the model promised by Andrew, Spa Manager at the 22nd St location. After several calls to him and a couple of weeks, it was determined that the spa company did not make the type of cover we were promised.

We could certainly compromise and use the cover that was delivered, but the spa needed to be drained, moved about 14 inches to accommodate the way the cover opened, and the lift and cover installed. Numerous calls to Andrew produced sympathy and a promise that he would assist us. This was, after all, part of the tub installation that is included with the purchase. Needing to move the spa and installing the lift were only necessary because the store could not supply the type of cover that was originally promised. Ultimately, we gave up on Patio Pools & Spa, drained the spa, got a neighbor to help us move it (~500 lbs), and found the model of the cover lift with installation instructions online. Even a phone call from the store or their service department would have helped with that, but our calls to Andrew were not returned.

Reuben showed up on time and impressed me with his knowledge. He found the cause of the problem in 5 minutes, replaced a broken pump skimmer basket, then cleaned the pool filters. He then vacuumed the pool. He educated me on another filter that can be plumbed into my system that would help keep my filtration system at peek efficiency.

I had a technician come to our new place in Tucson, Son bought a house with a pool and none of us really know anything about pools except swimming, lol. Mike came out and and showed me everything that we needed to know to keep pool functioning correctly. He did an Awesome Job and now I am much more educated on our pool. If you need a fast track education on pools, Mike is the Man. Thanks Mike and Thx Patio Pools.

They replaced the pressure gauge on my pool filter as it leaked internally. Since they installed the system and it was on warranty there was no charge. They were fast, friendly and efficient. They are very knowledgeable and have helped me with several pool issues in the past.

We had some repairs to our swimming pool pumb and filter requiring new parts. Ruben Moreno was our service technician. He did a great job, showed us what was wrong and what we needed to do to fix the problem. He was on time, professional and a very nice person to work with.

Patio Pools was going to replace a part of the cleaning system of my pool.which the sales lady at the store said it is free since I am the original owner. An appointment was made for the tech to come over. I waited the whole and nobody showed up. I called Melissa and she said he's there. The following morning I received a message that the tech was there basing on the GPS records and that a picture was taken on my pool.

I could not believe what's being told. In order to get to the pool which is 6 ft. fenced around with a locked gate, someone has to get to the locked gate front entrance of the house, ring the bell so someone will unlock the pool gate. I brought my complaint will BBB. They sent a of copy of the GPS records with my address with a total mileage of 50+ miles, (I live less than 10 miles from Patio Pools), sent a rusty picture of the part which is not my pool's, sent a picture of a fake address, not my address and accuse me of verbally abusing all their staff, I was only talking to Melissa.

On top of it, they presented an old fake receipt of the part which they claim I paid for it, it is not free. I did not respond to this fake receipt, I am so stressed out. BBB closed the case with a remarks that I am unhappy. I hired another contractor to replace the cleaning system. After all what they have done, why will I trust them?

The technician that installed my new pump was very fast and tidy, explained everything in detail and answered questions, and he was super friendly. It was a great experience and I highly recommend PoolWerx.

Went there in a weekend to see the pool that they had outside (the ones that are made of. "Flexible plastic" don't know how they call it) the prices was very good and the offer finance. Oooh and the have a lot of pool supplies, hot tubs.

I have been having abysmal service with these folks ever since I had them install a new Jandy variable speed pump last year. Three times just this summer it has quit working, three times with the exact same symptom. It takes them AT LEAST a week, if not longer, for them to send someone out. Without a pump, there's no filtration, no vacuuming, and the pool quickly becomes unusable due to algae growth.

So it's pretty important. So here it is now, the third time, and I have to wait until Friday for the repair guy to come out, then it's two more days or so before the pools's back with clear, stable water. I've dealt with Patio since they built the pool in 2001 and always had great service from them. But something has clearly changed in terms of their responsiveness and ability to actually get the job done.

The parts I needed were covered under warranty, so of course I wanted to replace the original new assembly with the same. Unfortunately my opinion believes that a new assembly vs a refurbished was too costly for them. But I should have gotten a new assy. So I'm disappointed that I got parts that needed to be glued into an assembly. The tech did a great job, don't believe he had a choice to oppose his management. Unfortunately I feel like I'll be needing their help again.

By far the worst customer service ever. They sold me $130 worth of chemicals and told me my pool would be swimmable the next day. Four days later my pool was the exact same. I brought a new sample in and they told me the copper levels rose high enough that the pool would needed to be drained in order for it to be swimmable. All we added was what they sold us.

They were adamant that rain was the cause of the copper rise even after I formed them that it hadn't rained more than a sprinkle where we live. The big bald guy helping me became annoyed that I asked why they sold me $130 worth of chemicals when they saw that my copper levels were already borderline high and the only fix for that was draining it. Then he went back to say that he never said we had to drain it even though the other two employees were standing there.

I will never go back there again. They have such bad attitudes and have no idea what they're talking about and only concerned about selling items even though it's not what you need.

I'm in shock, I was pretty much told by a guy at Patio Pools today that I dont give them enough business and that I waste his time with questions lol then he looked at my account to see how much I've bought in the last year and tried to back track, he just lost my business and I will tell my clients about this.

Need a solar pool cover called patio found out that they've raised their price from around $110 to $185 cuz they are in short supply. If you need something they should be the last place to call

They are associated with poolworks and will send a flyer to your house stating that they will do a free health inspection on your pool and show you how it works in hope of establishing a relationship. However, after I called I realized that it's a bait and switch and they wanted to charge me for what was clearly stated as a free service. If these guys are that dishonest to tell me otherwise while I am looking at the flyer in my hand than I can't imagine how they would be if I actually hired them to do work.

Plenty of other reputable businesses to work with in the area. Keep looking. Update: The response from the company implies I was asking for a free repair. That was not the case whatsoever. I moved into a new house that has a pool I am unfamiliar with and found it convenient that this flyer arrives in the mail. I'm assuming they have some system that informs them when real estate transactions occur so they can begin sending false advertisements.

Upon calling I was informed there would be a charge for the "quick inspection." To imply I was asking for anything more than what was offered is a continuation of poor judgement and honestly quite offensive.

The owner, Gene of patio pools as spas is a real stand up guy. He does what he says he will, he knows the pool business/systems inside and out, he goes above and beyond what is even expected of him. If you are looking for someone to build you a pool, repair, or service they are your guys. The service tech Aaron is also extremely knowledgeable and cares about his customers from the first phone call. Thank you patio pools for still being a company who values their customers, who treats them like family, and does a quality job--that is hard to find anymore!

Our pool light was not working and after checking the usual issues and not having any luck, we called Patio Pools to come out. Our pool technician, Darren, did a great job. He was very polite and explained what the problem could be. It turned out that the bulb was burned out. Needless to say my husband was not going to try to change it. Darren made it look easy, but we know it was not. We were very satisfied with the service from Patio Pools and Darren.

Great response time and fantastic customer service from Service Tech Arionna. She answered my questions honestly, worked efficiently to remove and replace the pump system. She also cleaned up when job was complete. All greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone, the initial receptionist answering my call all the way to completed job!

Patio Pools has excellent field staff who do excellent work once on the job. One gets the feeling, though, that the management is more interested in bookings and backlog than they are in creating satisfied customers. When working with them, I always get the feeling their personal convenience is more important than getting my job completed. As an example, at one point during the project I called to get a status and it is clear that our job had dropped off their board. It's disappointing because the folks who do the actual work are great. I can recommend Patio Pools if you don't care when the work gets done, how much it costs, and how much you will be inconvenienced by their lack of scheduling prowess.

I just moved to Tucson & I never owned a pool before. So I don't know much about pools yet. I was told to go to Patio Pools & as soon as I walked in everyone was happy & friendly. Mark Shew helped me & he was great! He was happy, nice & took time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Patio Pools for all your pool needs.

I'm glad I thought of looking at the reviews because I thought we did something wrong. Several of these stories are almost identical to what we experienced. Initially, we went into the Oracle Store and met with a sales person. He seemed great and very interested in working with us. After spending about an hour talking about our vision and different options, we made an appointment for him to come out and meet with us, at our home.

At that time, we spent another hour and I was impressed at the ideas and how engaged he was in planning the new/renovated pool. Before departing Jim told us that it would take a little over a week to get bids and such - then we made an appointment to meet on a Saturday. I moved some previously scheduled activities to meet with him, only to get a text that morning, saying he was ill and would need to reschedule. Fine, I realize things happen.

Despite asking several times that the salesman communicate with me, he kept calling my husband. Again, that could have been eventually fixed. We had then agreed to meet at another time but a few days prior to that, my husband gets a call/text from Jim saying that his boss needs to come out and assess the job so he would be calling to make arrangements.

We never heard anything. While I am disappointed that the company isn't interested in building their business, I would rather have this happen than get into a problematic relationship. Needless to say, the honeymoon ended early in the game. Sad thing is that Patio Pools built our pool many years ago, and my husband raved about them. After this experience, he says, "they're obviously a different company, these days."

Would not recommend this pool company. Sales people come out to your home and never bother to get back to you with a quote! Not a good sign. Thank goodness we found Arzate Pool Design we are now very very happy Patio never got back to us with their quote.

We have used Patio Pools for four years in Hereford, AZ, until we moved. Everyone has always been incredibly helpful and amazing. The service was always fabulous, timely, perfect and we often didn't even know our tech had com - he would sneak in, get the job don without disrupting us and be on our way. When we did cross paths the techs were always friendly and had smiles on their faces.

Always eager to answer questions and happily demonstrate how things functioned or worked. Tiffany in the office was always helpful, friendly and on top of things. Highly, highly recommend their service in the Sierra Vista area. Thank you!

Patio Pools & Spas is an absolutely amazing pool repair facility From Chris in field estimates to Cathy & Lori in the office and Steve in repair department to the amazing workers John, Jeff & Julio who battle intense heat and sun with smiles on their faces while the do beautiful wonderful repair work; we expected the work to be good based on reference stories we had heard but everyone at PPS exceeded our expectations; it's sad today that good customer service and work in any field is an exception and not the norm; PPS is one of, if not the best, contractors and businesses we have dealt with since moving to Tucson 16 months ago; outstanding work at reasonable prices Can't say enough great things about these folks : our pool looks amazing again! Went to showroom in Tucson, spoke to salesman, was referred to a sales woman ms yancy, who was supposed to call me. That was on Friday feb 10, 2017 and as of Tuesday 2/14 no one has called me. In the meantime, I called oasis pools and they came out and has a bid already for me. This was for a new build pool. I can't understand why they don't care about growing their business.

We used them for 18 months and the service was great. The same technician came every week at exactly the time promised and kept the pool in perfect condition. Our problems started when he left the company. His replacement was awful, in and out in 10 minutes, so we asked for a new tech. They sent us someone who was supposedly one of their most experienced.

Not so, very lazy, didn't do half of what they were supposed to, including cleaning the cannister filter. We cancelled service with them, and never even followed up to see why we weren't happy, total lack of customer service. Our new pool service had to replace the filter which had been ruined by lack of attention and adjust all chemicals, which were off the chart Very disappointed in Patio pools.
