My Familys Great Experience... All I can say is WOW from start to Finish.. Truly refreshing to find Such an old school professional company.. Their showroom is Huge on 110.. The place is Packed with everything you can imagine for your backyard, no other place even came close.. We were able to buy everything we needed in 1 place.. we Bought our pool and Patio furniture this year, and we want a hot tub this year, and we know exactly where we will be going.. so far we are extremely happy, we got a great price and great service.. This for us has been a truly WOW experience.. and we want to really thank Dean Jr, for all his patience.. I know I was not his easiest customer by FAR, LOL.. I hope you read this Dean jr. your dad should be VERY proud of you, he has definetly raised 1 fine young man... The Blaustein Family

Knowledge, selection, location, price, service
I was searching for a 8 x 8 foot spa and needed to know the specifications due to the location we are putting it in.I stopped into Backyard Masters in Farmingdale when I met Dean Jr. Dean answered all of my questions and even showed me all the models I was looking for and even asked me questions that I didn't think of. I was given a true education on Viking, Bahama & Cal Spas when all the other salesman were trying to sell me on the price. I changed my mind on the model because of Deans knowledge and now have a much higher quality spa that is the most suitable for our needs. Backyard Masters really cares about their customers and now I am one for life.

The First time we ever walked into Backyard Masters in Farmingdale, NY we both said "wow" at the same time. I honestly thought it was Two different stores in the same building. This showroom was clean, organized and full of inventory ! Backyard Masters carries all of the highest quality merchandise at the most affordable prices in comparison to the other businesses in their industry. I wouldn't shop anywhere else other than Backyard Masters when it comes to Pools, spas, outdoor patio furniture and so much more.

Awsome experience, Truthfuly. We shopped around ALOT, there showroom in Farmingdale is Huge, there is really no comparison on LI.. Everything is on Display.. 1st we bought our Pool, and then our Hot tub.. we got great Value, and service from them.. One of there competitors did alot of bashing them, which my wife and I thought was terrible.. I can totally see that they could no way compete with these guys.. Check it out and see for yourself.. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable..
