Due to a recommendation from some coworkers of my wife we called them to come out and get an estimate to install a baby gate around our pool. The guy that came out to give an estimate on the 16th was very nice and professional after talking with him I made an appointment for them to come out this morning at 7 am to install the gate the installer showed up right on time and was just as nice and professional as the sales person. I would definitely recommend them for those that need a baby gate around their pool.

If you want to use a very unprofessional greedy company then this business is for you. Bought a product ( pool fence caps) for $45 and took them home before I realized the name Baby Guard is imprinted on the caps. I paid cash because they only take cash which is strange but I called to return them 35 min later and was told all sales are final. I wasn't verbally informed of that policy nor was it posted in the business (which looks like a dump ) and I didn't have a sales receipt because I wasn't given one ( my fault) but they wouldn't have taken the items back anyway. That's just plain thievery. We re not talking about food underwear or beachwear, i tried to return a product 35 min later. Stay away from these thieves.

We got a pool fence installed to protect our 1.5 year old and baby on the way. First of all, they installed 5 different entrances for a small area of fencing. It makes no sense and honestly does not feel safe. The installer said they only come in 15 foot panels, I just wanted 1 entrance to ensure it is safer- but he said it's not possible. They drilled holes and left everything so dirty, it's been weeks and we haven't been able to clean out the pool area.
After letting my child mess with the gates a bit, I realized they move so much in certain areas. Really makes me uncomfortable how much they swing back and forth. I called baby guard, and they sent us this kid (same installer)- who was beyond rude. He didn't care at all about our concerns or the safety of our kid. He was very condescending, and made NO adjustments despite the fencing being VISIBLY looser in certain areas.
I don't recommend this company. You'll be happy with their pricing, but it will come with feeling unsafe and dealing with rude children doing their installs. He even said, " if your kid drowns, you can sue us". Disgusting behavior.

We worked with Baby guard Boca Raton- Rick owns that franchise specifically so this doesn't entail baby guard in general but only this location. Baby guard makes excellent fences and the colors, installers were great but Rick falsified information stating that we need new holes drilled, all our holes were various lengths and he stated it was likely due to our home being older and now most fences come in standard measurements.
He even used his tape and measured the holes. So we were told either get custom fences or just pay for drilling new holes (in the standard measurements) and he will provide caps for the old holes. We decided to get new holes and it was approximated to take ~ 4 hrs to drill the holes in the concrete etc. The installer came and installed the standard fence easily - 25 mins max!
No new holes needed! We called expecting to get a discount but he offered only $50 from the price that he initially quoted. He was also very abrasive in his conversation and offered no explanation for this false information of "needing new holes" and he also offered no apology. All he stated was that his cost of material had gone up as of a week ago and his profitability is less (the cost of materials and his business costs do not entail us as customers) and we should go with what is stated in the contract. I am happy with the product but not the customer service of Rick.

Horrible customer service. They broke my tile wouldnt repair it said that they weren't responsible for it. Other customers have had similar issues buyers beware, they are great on the install but after that they will never help you again, even go out of their way to tell their service people not to help the customer.

This company did a great job. The price was reasonable. They did the work on time, did an excellent job, and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. The guys that did the install were awesome. Considering it is a safety fence that isn't really there for the aesthetics, it really looks great. I highly recommend this company if you need to enclose your pool or otherwise add a baby fence for safety.

Mark and Will did such a great job installing our new baby gate safety pool fence. They were efficient and very helpful and patient answering all our questions. It's sturdy and only we know how to unlock it. They couldn't even if they wanted to, with his firm it is So happy now we can feel a lot safer outside by the pool with our two children.

Amazing company! I called for estimate and they came the next day! Very professional and knowledgeable staff. They scheduled installation as soon as I signed the contract. I can't say enough wonderful things about our Baby Guard Pool Fence and the company. They were extremely helpful and professional through the entire process. They guided us in the right direction for our space and and the product is extremely high quality. We enjoyed getting to the know the staff and the customer service was impeccable. We feel extremely safe with our fence and could't be happier. Big thank you to a wonderful company. Highly recommend this product and company.

We purchased our Baby Guard Fence almost 9 years ago when our granddaughter was born. Now with a grandson 2 years old at our house we needed to use the fence again. It needed some refurbishing so we contacted them and discussed the warranty. A representative came out, looked at the fence and advised there would be no charge if we took it to the North Sample location.
I called and talked with Robert indicating I did not want to leave our pool without the fence for as little time as possible. He indicated if I could get the fence to them in the morning (8:30am) he could have it ready the same day. I took the fence in two days later and it was finished by noon. Robert was very professional explaining all my questions, polite and very service orientated.
I was able to pick up my fence as he had advised and reduced the time our pool wasn't protected. The refurbishing made the fence almost look like new (used the same poles) and clearly was strong. I highly recommend them for quality of product and great customer service. Greg T
