Do not pick up a load out of this place they are not organized you will have Waite 4/5 hours to get loaded and the hole time your clock is ticking it's not designed for a 53ft tractor trailer I understand why the brokers do not list the name of the place you are picking up from avoid this place bye all means

Nice people great to buy from but service after sell is horrific. They recieved my $13000.00 for the hot tub and installed it. Didn't connect the top so now when the wind blows the top blows up. Have made 4 phone calls and a in store visit to be told its gonna be a while you might want to do it yourself. No you were paid to do a job and you didn't. So now I have a speaker on the to to keep it from blowing up. If the top is damaged I will ask for a new one.

Friendly staff, stopped in for the Christmas decorations at a friend's recommendation. Lots to see and appreciate. Christmas trees - lots and lots of decorations - LSU, Coke, mercury glass, nutcrackers to name a few of the ones that grabbed my attention. Continued looking through the shop - have a show room with pool supplies, outdoor furniture, and a selection of spas. Which I am kinda in the market for so might have to go back when I'm more ready for that spa - hopefully they deal on the prices.

Bought a pool here, had them install it so it would be nice and level. The installers didn't bother to clean out any of the rocks they dug up while leveling the ground, so there are sharp points all thoughout the bottom of the pool I can feel through the liner. The installers also left the pile of dirt they dug out for me to figure out what to do with, and they left a large pile of all the packing materials. Very unprofessional. I would have been better off doing it myself

From thousands of miles away they were able to locate the part number for a part to my pool so I could order replacements! Terry was ever so helpful, I would definitely recommend as their customer service has truly been impeccable! my kids will be extremely excited to swim this season and I can do so with peace of mind knowing the broken part won't be the cause of all boo-boos!
Part was ordered, once it came in to the store they rerouted it to my home in PA, 4 days until it got to me! Awesome service, may be 1,000s of miles away however if use in a heartbeat!
