DO NOT USE THEM PERIOD! I meant to send this review a few months back got busy and forgot. Where to start lets see. Had a brand new cover installed 3 years ago not even After it was installed we asked why is the cover so sagging with a bunch of rolls in the cover? Their answer was it will shrink over time, Which was a lie! The cover never shrunk always had rolls and folds which caused huge amounts of drag. Had 1 rope snap & also tear the cover on the corner within 1ST WEEK of having a brand new $4000 cover installed.

They fixed it but had to stitch into the new cover, so now would see the repair spot. Ropes snapped 2 times came out and fixed it with charging use as well. Would always ask why not install metal cables, said they dont for this setup. Now skip to the next year rope snaps again due to drag from floppy cover! We look online find that u can use metal cables with our setup. We Ask/ show them about it and now they say yes can use metal cables but its $2000. Expect to spend 2 grand to 4 grand every 3 years with them.

Terrible service! Granted our pool cover was in pretty bad shape due to neglect from previous owner and lack of upkeep. Az pool covers came out a feet weeks ago and uncovered all the panels and determined they could not do work until the water level subsides. 3 weeks later we finally get them back out, technician dismantles everything and then walks off the job because of mosquitos. Seriously!

With no remedy provided left the pool cover completely open. This has to be the most unprofessional service I have ever seen. I would avoid them at all costs! If I could give a zero I would!

We ordered a new pool cover from Ryan Styles of Arizona Pool Covers to replace the old one. I informed him when I ordered the new cover that the top was pulling to the left and that would need to be corrected. The new cover arrived and the technician came to install it and I let him know that the cover had been pulling to the left. He installed the cover and left without speaking to us at all.

I called and asked if it was ok to open the pool and was told that I could. When opening it I saw that it was still pulling to the left and had ripped in two places. I called the scheduler to inform them that the cover had ripped due to the pulling to the left. A technician was sent over a couple of weeks later to fix the holes. When he arrived I noticed that he had the wrong color of material to patch the holes.

I had just paid nearly $2,700.00 for a new top and I get patches after only actually using the cover the second day. I emailed Ryan Stiles and explained what had happened and asked him to make it right. That email was sent about three weeks with pictures and we still haven't heard back from him. I guess his brand of customer service is I got my money, screw you.

This is not the first time this has happened to us. We got a new pool cover in 2013 and it tore as well and we got patches. I will try and find a new company for my business from now on.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with any hired home service. First service call was canceled and rescheduled multiple times leaving my pool open for risk to our toddler and dog. Three guys came out to sew the cover back on (one just played with my dog most of the time but I still got charged for all of them working). About a month later, we tried to open the cover for the first time, it wouldn't open. Called and of course no one called me back.

Finally got it open, closed it, went out the next day and the cover was laying inside the pool. They now want to say that this is not the same issue as before (even though it came off on the side they "fixed"). Very condescending on the phone and won't let you finish talking. If we could give one star we would. Use someone else.

Cameron came out to adjust my pool cover. I had been having issues with it. Did a great job. He's the first one who corrected my issue properly. He even spent time showing me how to lubricant the system. Five stars for him

We had cover pools for 30 years. Was highly satisfied with it. we have had at least 4 or more covers. A few years back we inquired about a warranty issue but never used it. The covers tend to get tiny holes in it. We patch them and eventually they get too bad and we get another cover. This last time we got a cover about 32 months ago. The holes started appearing more and more.

So we called and someone came out and looked at it. They seemed pretty certain that it would be taken care of under warranty. The final determination came in and because we inquired into a warranty problem they would not cover their product. The product is far from cheap. They offered to take 10% off when we told them we were not satisfied with their response. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever again.

Cameron did a great job on our pool cover today in Dove Mountain. He called as promised about 20 minutes prior to arrival and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Cameron was doing our annual maintenance and took extra time to help explain the ins and outs of our "new to us" cover. This was our first call to AZ Pool Covers and we will use their services again.

Our pool cover was installed in 2015. We had issues from the start. Our $10,000 pool cover was extremely difficult to open and required multiple service calls. Eventually, they replaced the aesthetic track with higher clearance (ugly) wheels. The issues continued and caused extensive damage to our pool deck. I called recently to schedule relocation of the equipment to the other end of our yard (we are remodeling) and they wanted to charge me a $500 service charge just to move the roller, plus an additional $500 to reinstall the cover after our remodel.

This company clearly knows nothing about customer service. We paid TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for a pool cover that doesn't work properly and destroyed our pool deck and they still want to charge me $500 to to move it?! Don't bother!

Fantastic service by the cover installer. I live in Peoria, AZ and the cover was put on in 2000 replaced in 2010 and replaced again earlier this week on Wednesday (2018). My initials are J___S____. I can't recall the installers name but he was a young guy, dark hair, very tall. I could not believe how quickly and conscientiously he installed the new (under the tile) tan cover.

He vacuumed out 8 years of soot and leaves that had accumulated in the subsurface box that holds the cover when the cover is opened. He removed and replaced all the bolts for the aluminum housing as well as the wheels that guide the pull ropes. The system was thoroughly lubricated and I was given great instructions as to how to keep the cover balanced when opening and closing (I had not known these things before).

He left the jobsite impeccably clean. All of this occurred in less than about 4 hours or so. BTW: I am in no way affiliated with this company and have no incentive to give a high rating. I just give credit where credit is due. The people in the office also did a quick and outstanding job as well.

I've had the Cover Pool cover for 20 years. I have needed a few service calls between the replacement schedule for the fabric. No major problems. Service tech seem knowledgeable and are usually available within a few days to a week after a call. One of the best investments I've ever made.

I don't know what has happened to these guys, but I'm done with them this year. I've loved my cover pool cover for a number of years, but they require routine maintenance and break/fix. This year, when a rope broke with the pool cover open in a house with small children, they schedule me out 10 days as the first available appointment.

Then on the morning of my appointment, they call me with a "technician out for the day" and tell me it will have to happen another week later. That's ridiculous, and invalidates a $7000 system as a safety mechanism. Guess I'm down to buying some rigging rope and fixing it myself. I recommend you stay away. A partially opened cover is a lot more dangerous than no barrier at all, and AZ Cover Pools has turned my cover into a major safety hazard this year.
