Critical: Professionalism Very poor customer service on the phone. The person I spoke to said "it'd be a waste of time to go install a pool that's not in his area". Oh well I'll take my 70K elsewhere.

Norm and his team are amazing! Norm was one of the 10 different pool companies that came out to provide a bid for a pool install. Norm came with more knowledge, advice, and honesty! We signed a contract with Norm immediately and haven't had any regrets. Fall 2019 we made our first deposit and before the end of the year he had the project started and well on its way.

We had a lot of rain and bad weather but the project was complete in April 2020 (one month earlier than initially promised). We paid at each time agreed upon in the contract and Norm NEVER went over budget! His team Marcus, Alex, the pool cover guys and really the entire crew showed attention to detail all the way through! Each person reallly cared about the job and continued to checkin with us while here at the house.

Its September now and we can still count on Marcus or Norm quickly answering any questions we have. They truly are fantastic and I am so happy we were lucky enough to have a pool installed by Aqua Blue! Norm - can you still hear me screaming in excitement from Shawnee!?! We love our backyard! :)

I was recommended by a friend and After i seeing all the reviews on here. I decided to give them a call. First time i spoke to someone, He was very polite and professional. Second time i called to move forward. I thought i was speaking to a different person. I even checked to make sure I dialed the correct number. He was very rude, arrogant and started asking me personal questions such as my background!

He sounded like he was doing me a favor. I honestly felt like he was belittling me. It was night and day. Maybe he's used to only working with one group of people and not so open with others because he only changed when he knew my full name. I wish he could have just denied services without being so awful.

This is our third year of having our pool and Norm is just as responsive to my questions today as he was when we first started this project. Norm and his team are amazing and you are truly a customer for life. His assistance has gone well beyond the actual purchase/installation. He will be there for you when you need him. Our pool is about as low maintenance as you can get, it always looks great and is easy to take care of.

We installed our pool around 10 years ago, so 2007. We have been extremely happy with our choice of pool, equipment, and service provider. Aqua Blue Designs and Norm Whitted have been most helpful, always responsive to our needs. We have been pleased with our choice of a salt-water system and the relative low maintenance it requires. We are 10 years into pool ownership, and equipment does age and we have started having to replace some equipment. But again, Norm has been very responsive to our needs and always works to make things right. We certainly would recommend Aqua Blue Designs to anyone

My Husband (Paul) and I purchased a pool from Aqua Blue Designs back in 2004. They walked us through the entire process from pool selection to planning out the pool deck. The construction went smoothly and they kept us up to date about their progress. Pool construction can be messy to the yard but they managed to keep the impact small. The only scary part of putting in the pool was the craning of the pool over the house to the hole in the back yard.

It was amazing how they do that. Since then Aqua Blue has continued to be a real pool partner. We have them open & close the pool each year and on occasion asked them to repair or replace equipment as needed. All along the way they have worked with us to provide us the best options to keep the costs as reasonable as possible. We still love our pool! We sincerely recommend Aqua Blue Designs!

Moody Pool We're first time pool owners and as such we had no idea where to begin. Our search began with a lot of reading on the internet, pros and cons local companies and reviews of them. Believe the 3rd time a charm for us as Norm from Aqua Blue Designs was our third contact. All of our questions were thoroughly and knowledgeably answered. A brief review and our decision was an easy and almost instant one.

We've never regretted nor looked back. Installation was smooth and done with care to our property and the pool installed. Norm and his men have always been patient with me and understanding how to/chemicals etc and response is always prompt. We've used Aqua Blue employees to open and close our pool seasonably. The men have always demonstrated care while performing professional results.

We are very happy swimmers in our home. I don't know how I forgot to comment re: our retaining walls! We've had 2 put in by Aqua Blue Designs - both are fantastic and add so much to the look of our home and it's function. The second one was to replace a cracked wall and a wooden deck.now we're set with 2 life long replacements!

Hello All, If you are looking for a low maintenance salt water fiberglass pool, this is the team you want on your side! The owner and his team do everything to accommodate your requests. I'm very hands on and I worked with workers closely. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgable about installing fiberglass pools. They have been doing this for a long time and it showed!. The biggest thing I like was they communicate with you and always answer/return your calls. Thanks, Bart
