We purchased our cover and system back in July of 2018. We have young children and wanted to keep them safe. We felt a peace of mind when we purchased our product because we were promised a 7 year warranty on the cover and 10 year warranty on the system. 3 years later our cover ripped. We contacted Aquamatic and they told us that the warranty didn't cover our issue.
They said we had a webbing issue and it wasn't covered. Nothing like this was mentioned at the time of purchase. There was no differentiation between webbing and fabric discussed. But now they are telling us that they will not cover our pool cover even though we have a warranty and purchase contract that states "fabric Aquamatic 7 year warranty." They are playing semantics and again at the time of sale none of this was mentioned.
This company is not honest and will not honor warranty. I wish I would have looked on Better Business Bureau before I purchased from Aquamatic because I saw the exact same situation that I'm going through mentioned, there. It seems as though we are not the first customers that they have scammed!

I would love to be able to review the product but I don't have it yet. Our contractor has been calling daily for weeks to get an indication of the schedule and there has been zero response. They took our deposit though! I'm sure the product is outstanding but I wouldn't know. So here we are waiting around for our final inspection and no response. So, set your expectation bar for customer experience very very low. Subterranean maybe.

Do not expect your cover to last but 5 years at best. And do not expect them to care. Our cover lasted 5 years. When you contact them expect rude service from the receptionist and they will not mention anything about the warranty. For the pretty penny that this cover cost, I'd expect better. I would also expect them to honor their warranty and not just throw you a few pennies after you complain. We do not over chemical our pool and we always keep the cover clean. Way too expensive for 5 years, not to mention they give you a "rough" estimate to replace it!

I had my pool cover installed in 2011 and had no complains since, even when we had to replace it after 6 years; quick and great service, until now. My one star review is from my last experience. I have been trying to schedule another service because my cover stopped working. I called the office 3 days ago and talked to the person in charge of scheduling and was told she would get back to me at the end of the day. Nothing. Called another 2 times ( in one of these calls first thing she said is "I'm going to call you"), left a voicemail, sent an email and still nobody got back to me. Very disappointing.

Six stars for automated cover system. Six stars for the company service personnel. We are extremely happy with our Aquamatic covering our large pool. This is a top-tier precision engineered product. Their service staff is highly skilled. We are saving big time on water and PGE. Thank you Tom, Taylor and team for a great product and solution.

We've had our cover for 5 years now and are very happy with it. It's durable, dependable and keeps our pool clean. As long as I keep the trough clear of debris - I blow everything off the cover prior to opening - and make sure the motor is full of hydraulic fluid, it's all good. And even though it can be walked on, we don't.

Such a horrible system always having to fix something can't just enjoy your pool without an issue. I wouldn't get another system even if it was free! But I will say the service techs are amazing with dealing and fixing the issues that come with having a problematic mechanism. Julio seems to be my favorite Installer/Service Tech.

This is the home of retractable pool safety covers that can hold the weight of several people on them. The covers are custom made of heavyweight material. Installation, maintenance and pumps to help with cleaning are all supplied. Family owned and operated. The people here know their business and their experience is invaluable.
