We have had the Pleasure of using Elite Pools and Spas for the past 12 years. They have provided superior service and swift / economical repairs when issues arose. Their best work is when we purchased a home and converted the old tired pool into a "volleyball pool". The custom tanning deck and in pool table with benches was perfect for our family. Jamie worked with my wife to create a beautiful pool with inlaid sparkles and LED action lights. Marland & Jamie at Elite give old time superior service. The tops in their business.

Elite Pools and Spas Dickinson just installed paradise in my backyard! I would like to thank Elite Pools for helping my family after Hurricane Harvey. I called this great company after my pool pump was damaged from flooding. Their staff found a time to replace my pump in a very timely manner. It took only 2 days after I requested a techician to replace my pump. Elite Pools was extremely busy during this time. The technician was professional and fixed my problem the same day. Thanks Elite Pools for all your support. I endorse Elite Pools.

We had Elite Pools and Spas repair our pool heater and it was great work that they did but asking for an invoice is like asking to get congress to pass a law. I have contacted Mr. Marland via mobile phone, text and via email and to no success. I called him today on his mobile phone and could not leave a message due to his voicemail inbox was full.
The customer should ask for an invoice after the work is done and he should have it ready upon completion of the job he did for us. It's been a month and no success to get one from him. Mr. Marland, as a business you should be able to hand the customer an invoice upon completion.

Our family's experience with Elite Pools & Spas has been fantastic. We are in the planning stages of our pool construction and are looking for different bids; Elite was the ONLY business out of several other companies that responded to us and actually showed up for the initial consultation. The Elite representative that met with us was professional, prepared, and thorough.
She listened to us and took detailed notes during our conversation. The bid proposal she sent to us reflects everything we discussed. Although we have yet to decide on a builder, any other pool companies with whom we meet will have quite a challenge if they want to compete with Elite.

We had elite pools install our pool 3 years ago. It's was finished in less time than we thought. Marland has been awesome with helping me as a new pool owner with any questions or problems I've had. During freeze our spa drained and Marland was able to help me fix it over phone then I called yesterday about pool lights being out and Marland had someone at my door 1st thing in the morning fixing them.

We had our pool built by Elite in summer 2016. We chose them after hearing good things about them from a few friends. Unfortunately, our experience with them was not what we had hoped. I won't go into all the little details that I'm upset about and they refuse to fix. The most major issue is that if we get a medium to heavy rain, the yard drains into my pool. Dirt, grass, you name it.
It all ends up in my pool. They refused to do anything about this even though they were paid to design and install the pool. They did make a small effort to fix a few problems that I had, and I considered giving them 2 stars instead of 1 (it would be zero if that was a choice) because at least they made an effort. However, many of the problems they attempted to fix are actually worse now than they were before.
They are not the cheapest builder, but in my opinion you're getting low grade workmanship if you choose them. Add to that a lack of support, and Elite Pool and Spa is simply a bad choice. If you want to save money, then go ahead and go with the cheapest bidder. If you want a quality builder, keep looking, there are others out there
