I purchased a 3 year old home in Kissimmee, FL which already had a pool and spa but unfortunately it came with a very confusing network of pipes and controls which nobody could ever adjust correctly.
Contract - Once you have made the decision to build a swimming pool the next step is to sign the purchase contract, finalize your design and choose your options. You will also be given documents that will need to be signed in the presence of a Notary Public for the permitting process. If you haven't already done so now is the time to gain approval from your HOA for your project.
